There are a lot of Sony PS gamers saying the game is average at best, so my statement still stands, Sony wasted money paying a 12 month deal for an "average" game right?

I mean it only applies if you do not plan on owning the game, and want to finish the game whilst included in the sub.
For games that you enjoy, 2 weeks is plenty enough time to buy the game so you can continue playing once it leaves the service.
When a game has left the service that i have/wanted to play, then i just buy it at the reduced cost, rushing to finish games before they leave, and then complaining you need more than 2 weeks notice, speaks of not...
Oh they definitely need more staff, just for testing the games alone.

They do give you notice, and tell you exactly which games are leaving the service.
