i agree i was just pointing out that a connection that you can acquire for free off certain companies in the UK is not a "good speed connection" from my point of view

im in the UK and my connection is average compared to my friends that have 50-100 fibre optic

"Betas are there for testing, but it seems the game will be moved to dedicated Microsoft servers for the actual release."

just a source of my last comment about the azure servers

wow yet another article attempting to pick faults with titanfall. 8mb download is not a pretty decent connection id say that was a poor connection. i have an "average" connection and i have download speeds of between 17-20 mb. these are not the azure servers they are just a few datacenters around the world. Azure servers will be in use on launch.

So if you have played the Beta i'm guessing you played on PC? So why would you need to buy an xbox one if your PC can run this game?

Wow N4G is pumping out the bad microsoft news today. Buthurt because of titanfall maybe? Well nothing people say will shift this game. I downloaded the beta on saturday and have played it ever since with next to no downtime so think this may have been localised to one of the data centers. Im in the UK and was using North Europe data center. Everything with this game is spot on for a MP game. Hit detection is superb. #wheredoisign

Respawn couldnt release titanfall on the PS4 as Sony would not pay for the dedicated servers that the game requires which is why it is a microsoft exclusive.

sorry to break it to you kid but titanfall is ahead of second son on pre-orders so if anything this may shrink the gap slightly as well as when the xbox one launches in the remaining european territories.

If Sony can cough up the server side it may well happen. Until then it wont

4380d ago 2 agree4 disagreeView comment

I cant see this going to the PS4 unless Sony put the same kind of server infrastructure that microsoft have done. As was said by Respawn creators Zampella and West. They spoke to both Sony and Microsoft and Microsoft was the only ones that could make this happen. Hence why it is exclusive on Microsoft products.

I think what people need to do is stop whinging about sales figures and compare the individual regions in where the consoles were sold to get a true figure on how well each is doing. i.e. compare MS 13 regions sales figures with the same 13 regions that the PS4 is currently in (for example PS4 uk = x amount vs XBOX1 uk = x amount). THAT will tell everyone how well their "desired" console is doing so they can stfu!!!

I wanted the Drm as well. They jus didnt explain it fully. Its called change which some gamers dont like. I have visions of ppl spraying cornflakes all over their tvs during e3. Me personally i applaud microsoft for having the balls to announce it. They should stuck to their vision imo

Then why dont you just use it on ur computer then? your wanting services on a silver account but i bet ur a gold subscriber to play multiplayer arent u? So whats the issue? If you want free services then like u say use ur pc #anotherwhinger

Here we go again ppl crying in their cereal. I didnt think the kinect was worth having but surprisingly enough i use it more than i thought. Microsoft havent taken anything from the consumer. If it wasnt for companies trying to innovate we would still be content with cartridge/tape gaming. If u dont want it dont buy it that is your right as a consumer. Shall we complain and whinge to apple cause we dont want a camera on the new iphone???

If he was watching TV and wanted to switch back to the game he would press the Guide button and then select the game from the bottom of the screen. Or the quicker way "xbox go to forza motorsport 5"

I agree mhunterjr. Either that or common sense would kick in and he would pin the game to the home screen. The article is a bit extreme to say the UI is a cluttered mess.
How is 3 "blades" clutter. Pins/Activites/Store. In the middle is ALWAYS the previous 3 things you have done.

Or when ur at the home screen you could just press the b button to go to previous app runnin?? Try it before you bash it. At the home screen the b button is basically the button you use to go back. Keep pressing it and it will go backwards on what you were doing. Whether you had somethin snapped it would unsnap it. at the home screen would put you back in the previous app/game.

Wow this is about the 5th story i've seen on this issue. As i remember Microsoft stated that until the DAY ONE patch is applied you wont be able to play offline? They said this when they qouted that "the xbox one will need a one time connection on purchase, and then you will be able to play any game offline" The guy that is sayin his console is bricked surely has the common sense to understand that the day one patch hasnt even been released?? Or is he suffering from mental retar...
