3rd party may use checkerboard technique to get results for their game. Only way around that is for Microsoft to put a clause that every game has to be 4K. That's not going to happen so even as an Xbox fan I already know not every game will be 4K that is the developers choice not Microsoft's

I think the statement is aimed at the fact it will have 4K blu ray as well as 4K native. If that's the case then the statement is correct
They dont need to re-master a game to bring it to scorpio. just a 4k patch as sony are doing with the pro.
xbox one games past, present and future will work on both consoles, as will all accessories.
I remember when the 360 elite was regarded as a premium console by microsoft. That wasnt more than 399 so your logic is flawed.
If you read the tweet the person is asking if Microsoft will show the scorpio BEFORE E3. Thats why Phil says he is not sure yet. He is not saying he is not sure whether they will show it AT E3.
what a ridiculous question. What Phil has done for the brand is phenomenal. From when the xbox one was announced with its policies to where it is now. He is absolutely the right guy for xbox. But dont forget what Phil wants and what Phil gets are two different things, he still has to follow orders from the suits above.
Im not too concerned about dynamic themes, i spend most of my time playing the games rather than looking at the dashboard.
They dont need to make official themes as you can use achievement art for your themes or import your own.
I dont think creating official themes for consumers is high on the request a feature list. i could be wrong
That is a valid point with the server shutdown i would agree with that.
I also agree that multiplayer isnt what it used to be. I prefer online co-op to online PVP.
They cant dictate to you because at the end of the day it is your choice whether you purchase the game. i dont mind with the online required aspect as my devices are permanently online.

not every game is available on the pc, just a handful of recent exclusives. Sure this list will grow as time goes on as microsoft are creating a platform where you buy a game once and can play on whatever device you choose.
Either way you buy a game on either platform, Microsoft makes a sale. So the argument of there is no point buying an xbox one is irrelevant because even if you buy the game on the pc microsoft still make the same mone...

I agree some franchises get milked and some are a large story arc so need to progress to sequels.
The most milked franchise in my opinion is Mario (even though each new release may be good)
games that deserve sequels etc are Mass Effect, Halo (because of the universe and lore),
I cant really speak for playstation games but 1 I remember which I wouldn't mind seeing again, Syphon Filter, used to love playing that
