If a highly hyped game HAS reviews BEFORE it releases, chances are that "world exclusive" review was bought with promises of a high score.

I totally agree. I don't come here for Joe Blow's opinion on something, I can make up my own. I came to this site because it was called NEWS for GAMERS. What I see is PISSING MATCH BLOGS for FANBOYS most of the time. If blogs are fair game, I don't want to hear the MS crowd complain when someone doesn't like their precious Gears of War (they WILL complain) and at the same time I don' want to hear the Sony faithful complain when someone doesn't like their precious LBP (they WILL complain).
Like I have said in other threads, this is a blog, not news. Why are they being approved?
I have to agree with Pirate. That's not a knock on the 360 or anything, but it's just a matter of reality. Whatever you choose to label it, so be it, but the FACT is you can play many of the 360's "exclusive" titles on a PC. You cannot say the same for the PS3. Why do people need to argue over that?

When the software tells the hardware to do something in a manner it cannot handle (IE something improperly) it can cause physical damage to the hardware, usually via the form of energy we know as "heat."
This can be done deliberately, or yup, accidentally. Sh1t happens.

I think GOTY contenders require an actual last boss... so no, not Gears 2.
I can't think of one single good business or consumer based reason to hold back the PS3's US release to coincide with the 360's US release outside of MS giving them some incentive. What, they think 360 owners won't buy it if it hits the PS3 a few months early? I'm all for multiplatform, but to me that is a spit in the face of PS3 owners and gamers everywhere who have been waiting for this title.
The Gamestop I used to work at a few months back still had Halo Edition 360s, as well as the Legendary Edition of Halo 3.
