well for me if they are close it comes down to the gamepad and my thumbs have much problems with the PS3 controller sticks and my hands relax much better holding the 360 controller, so its not just vsync or which system cutscenes look better on. Just saying.

I have supported MS alot this and last gen, but I also had Playstations. My XBLA Gold runs out in August, which I planned so I could see what these next consoles offered.
