I don't see how you think Blast Corps 2 could be an awesome, if they sort out Kinect movement. I see no reason to believe it could be awesome when the folks that came up with Blast Corps and it's ideas no longer work at Rare. Your just wishful thinking.
I wonder who is the lead on this new Thief game as its been a long time since one has been made? I want to see some gameplay and hear what its about.
I am actually very curious to see how Dishonored 2 (surely they will make a squal, the first sold well) advances the character and mechanics. Dishonored is in my Top 20 games this generation if not Top 10.
LOL, jaw dropping, mysterious. Keywords used to make a Kinect title sound great, when we know there will be no awesome Kinect titles.
Please don't feel bad for RARE guys, cause all those awesome innovative developers that worked on KI, PD, Conker, Banjo, etc. are gone. Those teams and staff have slowly left thru the years. Stamper Brothers, Kirkhope, Seaver, Bettenridge, they have moved on. Gamers should move on was well.
Rare isn't going to p...
ahem brother. Most of these young turds on here don't understand how much a game like this costs, because they lead sheltered lives. A game like this costs probably 50 - 75 million to make not counting marketing and distribution. EA tries to offset the cost with optional forms of revenue on a franchise that does not sell much and the "occupy gamer movement" says get that crap out of my game. Well guess what, it is out of the game now with the end of the franchise.
First EA seems to have failed building up a fanbase for this franchise, for whatever reason.
Second, unrealistic sales goals were probably dropped on this franchises back.
Third, I blame gamers for not supporting a franchise they enjoy because of some silly mission against either mircotransactions or co-op. All a person has to do is see the quality of the production in these Dead Space games to tell they are expensive to make. So what is EA to do to off...
It seems insane that an AO or Adult Oriented rating is considered the kiss of death, thats why we never see games with this rating. Kinda pointless to have it as a rating as its never used.
It looks good graphicly. Are those bull shots or actual in game images is my question.
GOTY
Good grief that list is weak. Zeus wasn't even the second best Boss battle in GOW 3. Posideon and Hades were better, Hell the battle against the Titan (forget name) was more fun.
I enjoyed boss battles in most of Platinum's games. Bayonetta, Vanquish, and MGR:Revengence had good boss battles. Darksiders 1 & 2 and Dragons Dogma had some good battles.
Demon Souls and Dark Souls had some nasty Boss, since they were such hard games not sure i...
Anyone else get the sense from articles like this that used games may infact be blocked in some form or fashion on Nexbox?
I come to this conclusion because the current head of Xbox is Don Mattrick and he was a big executive over at EA before joining MS. Wonder if EA was whispering in Don's ear about blocking used games and in exchange give him an exclusivity deal he can take to his boss and market as some big deal for the new console? I just can imagine something lik...
Sporting a bowl cut using a FloBee is not in style at the moment?
$20 bucks for six maps, thats COD type lame. Two game modes, which should ship with the game or be available to all game owners of this title. Plus throw away unlockables. I have purchased the other three games and enjoyed them as well as the season pass for Gears 3 because there was alot of content. I will probably get this game because I like Baird and Cole Train but no thanks to overpriced DLC on this one.

I agree about tacking on the mp if it doesn't fit the game space. I think a good example was Dead Space 2's mp wasn't very good, but the co-op is enjoyable in DS3. If developers need to include something to keep the used copies off the shelves longer, then focus on a type of co-op or competitive co-op and leave the mp to the COD and Halo's of the world.
Wonder how bad the God of War Ascension mp will be? I think thou single-play...
I have to say that Gearbox and Pitchford have lost all my respect because of this fiasco. I enjoyed Borderlands as it was new and full of loot. I still enjoyed Borderlands 2, but not to the extent of the first as the series is getting a bit long in the tooth. I have not purchased ACM, something didn't seem right about its development history to me and sure enough it is and was a mess.
Randy needs to stop the communication about this game all together as all he is doi...
cause they are lefting the embargo for reviews on this game 8 days before launch. This might be a really great game and if it is I will get it and be happy that Tomb Raider is finally back.
They should be fixing their piece of crap Aliens game and restore some of their diginity. I know I am no longer a fan of theirs.
I would like to explore some of commander shepards prior missions before the collectors and reapers.
The proof is in the pudding. When was 360's last new IP exclusive? Correct me if I am wrong but that would be Alan Wake a couple years ago. Yet I see PS3 still pumping them out, with The Last of US just four months from now. Over the last couple years MS has introduced Kinect and has been more concerned with that then giving new exclusives or new IP's to its core gamers. That leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
I am one of the Legacy XBL members (10 years) and unti...
I was worried but just saw an official spec list and it showed a 6X CAV Blu-ray drive, so I feel better. Now I just want confirm that always online is not required to play single-player games and used games can still be used. As a game collector, I like to buy and keep my games, so any console that locks out used games won't be supported by me.
I understand what they are saying, but it is a business and if their games didn't sell they would be out of business. It's always nice to speak of the high road though.
