I am a big time Ninja Gaiden fan and why all the naysayers? On Sigma they released 3 Missions packs @ $2.99 each and that was a total of 15 missions. So, how can 25 missions for $10.00 be a bad deal. Whether you think it should be in game or not is a moot point, because NG2 is already a lengthy game by todays standards, and lets not forget that developers stay in business by making money and a game like NG2 caters to the core gamer and usually struggles to get 500,000 to million unit sales...

I fail to see where credibility comes into play here at all? You actually think creditbility is lost because a reviewer decides to wait to publish the most accruate review they can, knowing there is a problem with review dics? If so, you have issues my friend.

doesn't matter if it was a review build or not, who cares? People make mistakes, even at billion dollar publishers, maybe the review copy was never intended to go out but someone made a mistake and will now lose their jobs, or maybe its a fallecy to the industry because print media needs a month to two months lead time for their reviews. But none of anyones agruements on here are fair to Ninja Gaiden 2 as a game to be reviewed off code that does not represent its form at retail.
Doesn't matter if you think reviews are tampered with or there is some conspiracy or prefential treatment. IT can all be solved by publishers stop sending media types review copies. These review sites make money and if you want them to be completely independent and objective, make them buy the final retail copy, like the gamers that visit their sites have to, and do their reviews then.

Alot of gamers, bloggers, and media type always forget that "fiscal year" is different than "calendar year".
Reality is, that MGS4 is still a stealth game at its core, which is an acquired taste. MGS4 will be outsold by Gears 2, just like Halo 2 outsold MGS3 and that was with a PS2 userbase 5 times that of the original Xbox. Sorry Sonyboys, but MGS4 is not going to be as huge as you think.

The US economic woos are starting to show. With gas almost $4 a gallon, it causes electric bills and food prices to go up. So, there is less in spending for entertainment like games. It was only a matter of time before it finally started to effect sales figures in the US.

WRONG! Gears of War 2 will sell huge. The first one is around 5 million already and it was a new IP. Gears may even sell more than MGS4, you know MS will hype it as much as Halo 3. Also, I bet you shooters are more popular than a stealh game.
Sony fans can say all they want about MGS4 supposedly being a system seller and MGS4 might be, but its not due to the franchise, it will be because there really isn't other huge exclusives on PS3 right now.
MGS3 got its A$$ handed to it in reviews and sales by HL2 and Halo 2 in 2004, now all of a sudden MGS4 is the PS3 savior. I will probably rent, but MGS4 videos have yet to excite me.

I have a X360 and PS3 and I try not to be a fanboy because I want access to the best each console has to offer, but when you see comments like this, its complete spin, because saying one lineup is better than another is strictly OPINION!!!!!!!!!!!
