MS is way behind. Honestly if they are still trying to smooth the UI out and work out bugs. This should have already been complete and ready by now for launch, consoles are being manuafactured. My guess is a Day One update just to get the UI loaded and operational, because MS is not ready with LESS than two months to launch.
Wonder how complete the software will work for those with no internet.
Yeah its just to close to xmas and it would be selfish of me to spend so much money on myself when I have a wife and 7 year old daughter to get xmas for. So I decided which one had games I wanted to play more. I went PS4 with Killzone, Warframe, and Resogun over X1 with DR3 and Ryse and that was how I decided.
I preordered both a PS4 and X1 on June 10th and have been watching and reading and researching since that time. I have decided to cancel my X1 and hold off on that console for awhile. I am an XBL Legacy member by the way.
I find it interesting that many defenders on here of X1 always use the MS designed the system so its balanced and all the tech tweaks will make the consoles close in power, yet they never mention that Sony has tweaked and optimized the PS4 just like MS did with X1 so its not like X1 is optimized and PS4 is not.
I just find it funny that is used as a arguement point for X1 totally disregarding Sony as a hardware manufacturing and enginering company.
Does the character armor still continually look pristine & brand new looking?
I looked at her face and it looks nothing like Orchid, she was the fighter I mainly used for years and noone is going to tell me that is a modern Orchid, that is fn horrible looking face.
DAMNIT! They went and screwed up the look of my favorite KI fighter. This is awful.
Why does the armor look nice shiny and new on all the characters, like they have never done battle, kinda breaks the illusion for me?
Compared to what Sony has been offering as free with their paid service the 360 games have been pretty crap.
Looks great so far and a better exclusive for PS4 than DR3 is for X1, IMHO.
I think it makes sense to concentrate in the West first because it was the only region MS still dominates. Sony is market console leader in Europe and Japan, so they want to take the fight to MS first, it's a good move.
Honestly the game seems like it could be a blast to play initially, but longivity could be an issue for me. Since its multiplayer only, how many maps will there be? Also, will we have the option to skip the premission cutscenes after we are tired of seeing them after the tenth match?

I totally agree. It just launched they want all those sales thru the holidays. My guess is a PC, PS4, and X1 announcement next year. This game cost so much to make and market they will maximize sales eventually on all platforms. I can wait for next gen version.
Of course it's coming, but they are not about to announce such a thing until they get the sales on the current consoles they are expecting, then they will announce next gen versions probably along with PC, sometime next year is my guess.....I can wait for the better version.
At least the launch 360's were attractive in its' shape and design, the X1 is so uninspired looking.
LAstly I thought the system was to be black, but with the light on it it looks dark grey...WTH?
DoubleM70 if that is the case the damn sure better get it out of alpha and fn soon, it launches in 2 months and they need time to produce copies and ship, so I doubt it is still in alpha, beta maybe with a months run up for polishing, but surely not alpha.
Yes D3 was done very well on consoles and I have enjoyed the hell out of it.
I am interested in this game and I'm a sucker for ninjas and cyborgs etc. Can anyone tell me if this game plays well and is fun? I have no experience with it.
