All I know is Respawn, EA, and MS better market the crap out of Titanfall and get as many sales as possible in MArch 2014, cause Destiny drops in April and that is Activisions next COD selling like game and all you will be seeing at that point is Destiny marketing.
There is still Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2 and Dark Souls 2 so the answer is no. Besides, I have seen two reviews already for Batman and they were 7's leading me to believe there is nothing new and will be average game. Well made game but average.
Most wanted....hardly. Destiny is more popular and if I was a betting man, it will be a far better experience.
Very well then when Titanfall arrives on PS4 6 to 9 months later, I hope X1 fans focus their negativity toward Respawn and not EA for losing a so-called exclusive.
I will not buy the arguement that the guys at Respawn, after winning their freedom from Activision would have a desire to turn right around and lock themselves into another company of the same creed (MS) who would tell them what to do with their own IP. I don't buy it.
I like tons of other gam...
Timed exclusives are stupid. Either have real full on exclusives or not. This was the criticism against the 360 last gen. Mass Effect, Bioshock, GTA 4 DLC, etc. all promoted as 360 exclusive to only be available on the PS3 a little while later and fans think that is fine.
I don't believe in paying money to get timed exclusive to promote a game like its a true exclusive to get sales up front then move on down the road. IT shows a shallow and calleous way of doing busin...
It speaks volumes that they have to do this to begin with, man did they screw up their reveal and have been in damage control mode for 5 months now.
Agreed, the last full HL game was HL2 and that came out when Halo 2 did some 9 years ago and the Orange box released 6 years ago. A whole generation of gamers has been born since that time and many don't even know WTH Half-Life is or don't know the story. Valve would be foolish to use it as a selling point for Steambox only blind fans will shell out that kind of money for one game and a Steambox.
All I can say is I don't have a gaming PC and I am no way interested in the $teambox as it will be priced high for a console I am guessing the models ranging $600-999. So if valve wants any of my money they will need to make it available on next gen consoles as well.
Really looking forward to this game and is the main reason I am keeping my 360 instead of getting an X1 as this is only for current generation so far. Then Dark Souls 2 is in April, I am hoping they announce it for next generation, otherwise I have to hold on to my 360 until after that as well.

"if the game sales reach 3-6 million and fast MS probably will block it. Gears sold 3 million first week MS scooped it up. even the first gow was on pc then ms stopped that.
titanfall is certainly a test. if it sells well and ms gets it you probably wont see it on pc anymore either"
WTH are you talking about? EPIC is not a publisher, they shopped GEARS around and MS published it. MS is not publishing Titanfall, EA is...
Funny you say Killzone is the only next gen PS4 exclusive worth getting, because I was looking at Ryse, Forza, and DR3 and thinking that Killzone was the only exclusive worth getting from either system.
and George has left on a high note.
No it is not overkill and your continue to argue as if the 8 gigs is there for just games and it is not. The OS will be using up a good chunk as well as the gameplay video recording features, so you really need to rethink your arguement.
Lastly, it is not a marketing gimmick and no company would put in such a large amount of extra RAM (as you put it) that would cost them 100's of millions of extra dollars over the life of the console.

holy wall of friggin text alert.
Yeah you know because Sony and MS engineers are so stupid and in the business of putting in unnecessary RAM that the system can't utilize to jack up the price of the machine.
Two things I know.
First, you don't know what the hell your talking about from your comment.
Second, these consoles have been specifically set up and optimized to use this RAM if it wasn't it wouldn't be in there.
Sony or MS isn't in ...
I am seeing arguements over special effects and such, but its more than volumetric fog and what not. Gamers seem to not focus on the elimination of loading areas due to the RAM is a giant plus for all games. This will be represented well in large games like AC4 and Witcher 3. Also, shadows and objects like fences, etc won't be pixeled looking like an Atari 2600.
For now I think its more about the finer details that create a more immersive experience and believable worl...
Oh no they went Army green. That was one of the colors we used to use in our camo on vehicles in the Army.
So getting this. Platinumed both previous Infamous games, so I am big fan of series.
Power has nothing to do with new generations? Are you high? Of course power has everything to do with new generations of consoles cause if it didn't there would be no need for a new console at all. New consoles equal new tech and more power. Wii U is more powerful than the Wii enough said.
Not going to happen. COD has annual releases and the sales have been on the decline. GTA V had five year pent up demand and the biggest game budget to date. COD Ghosts seems to have some of the lowest demand to date for the COD sries.
It isn't going to happen.

To answer your question yes. Currently they sell the Kinect for what a $100 and it probably costs $10 to make. With the Kinect bundled in X1 MS makes even more money and MS came out and said awhile back that they will make money day one on hardware sales. Sony will lose money day one.
It bothers me being mostly a 360 gamer this gen, I was one of only 10 people to have the 360 in my area on that chilly November day in 2005, that all the hardware ...
