I'm surprised the mod space is so little on the consoles. I'm playing Skyrim SE on my PC (got it free cause I have the Legendary version) and not too happy with that straw for hair the game provides, I installed a mod that adds a bunch of hi red texture hairs to the game and this one mod alone was 2.5gb. They're really locking out the good mod packs by limiting the space so much. Planning to grab the PS4 version so I can play it on my entertainment center, but will miss this ha...

I'm looking forward to it, though there are probably a lot of people riding the hype train on this one and no game could live up to the hype of a generation and a half. Those ready to take it for what it is will probably like it. However the hype high crowd has a tendency to really hurt games and journalists attacking games before they are even out doesn't help either.

Funny how many people shout bullshit when there has never been a serious medical research on the matter. It may turn out to be exactly that, but the truth is, at this time, we don't know. However it's within people's rights if they want to risk damaging their vision. Look how many people have had hearing damage from headphones (I personally know one.) But people still use them. Today we know that damage with headphones can usually be avoided by following safety guidelines and ...

I was really hoping for a real sequel, not another dime a dozen MMO game. Was pretty disappointed back when they announced this.

I don't really care about PSVR and don't really want to buy a system that offers very little over the PS4 I already have. Think I will just enjoy my current PS4 and wait for the Xbox Scorpio and maybe an NX.

I don't see why they should expect that. They got fully what they paid for, namely the resolution mentioned on the box. No company should be expected to support hardware that comes out after their product went to market. If they choose to do so, then they do it of their own free will and that's nice, but anyone thinking they are obligated to do so is naive.

Console generations are not ending, they're just saying that because they want people to buy their mid-gen systems.

It would be nice if they gave you an option to have a more accurate translation of how people in the game talk. Those who are familiar with Japanese culture know that the way Sega does the English translations are not at all how gangster in Japan talk. If you want a true Japanese experience, it does hurt the authenticity some.

I was planning on getting both Wonderful 101 and Tokyo Mirage when they went on sale as I didn't want them bad enough to pay $60. Since they never did and great games go on sale all the time for the PS4, I never really got around to getting them. In my opinion though, if you love open world RPGs, Xenoblade Chronicles X alone is worth the purchase of a Wii U. There's nothing like it on the PS4 so far.

That makes sense, a lot of people probably go away from Pokemon Go wanting to play a real Pokemon game.

Though mostly a console gamer myself, I do enjoy gaming on PCs occasionally and have to wonder why anyone should be stereotyped by their choice of gaming medium. On the other hand, that discription fits him to a T.

To sell more TV, why else? The same reason they were pushing last 3D last gen. Lots of people are happy waiting out their 1080p TVs before getting a 4K tv. So companies like Sony need in give the consumer a reason not to wait.

I love both systems, but one thing of interest about that gen is that the Genesis was way ahead (in the US), that is until Sega decided to release upgrades, splitting the consoles market. In the end, the SNES won that gen.

Some people like HD remakes, if you don't want them, don't buy them and stop trying to ruin things for those who do.

I'm going to wait myself for the Scorpio. I just don't see a lot of reason to buy a PS4 Pro. I seriously doubt that developers are stupid enough to put out future games that don't run well on the original PS4 with it's huge install base. On the other hand, I don't own an Xbox one, so a Scorpio will open a whole new library of games for me and give me a reason to finally get around to upgrading my TV. On the other hand, I could see those with only Xbox ones going the op...

No it's for people who have a 4K tv and don't don't mind paying again for basically the same system. His comments are nothing more than a slur at everyone who already purchased a PS4.

The PS4 Pro is exactly why it will prosper. I'm not a Microsoft fan, but why should I buy a slightly more powerful PS4? If I need to buy a new system to enjoy fully the newest games, why not just wait for the Scorpio and broaden my game selection? I'm surely not the only PS4 gamer thinking this.

I don't think it's forgotten, just not along in development enough for people to really be getting excited about it yet.

@Wickelester,

It's almost but not quite as good as what the Wii U graphic chip can do, but no where in the PS4 or Xbox One's league.
