Awesome news. She was definitely my favorite brawler from the series. Glad to hear she's back.
I'd love to see another CvS title, though I'd much rather see it done with SNKP's gorgeous new sprites than the cell shaded look of the newest Capcom brawlers. Maybe an SvC: Chaos 2, minus the meh?
To be fair, it hasn't been confirmed as a fighting game yet. It could well be an RPG like Project X Zone. I'm thinking this will be the case due to the super-deformed art style shown in the banner.
Also, I have to say- while I can understand many people feeling a bit burned that this is going to be a mobile release it's hardly an indication the game will be awful. I found Deus Ex: The Fall and XCOM to be excellent games, mobile or not. Now, there's no telling just how much love Capcom is going to show this game, they aren't above a quick cash in, but this looks like it has potential to be interesting.
I've got my fingers crossed for Firebrand from Gargoyle's Quest/Demon Crest, along with Satan from Ghost's n Goblins.
That gave me a good laugh Moncole. You're probably right. Or they'll just use that derpy version from the Mega Man NES box art.
Looks fantastic. Can't wait to pick this up.
20 dollars should not be able to contain so much awesome.
I'm not sure yet, I'll be hopping on my Vita to confirm soon though.
You're not kidding. For less than fifteen dollars you've got enough juicy gaming goodness there to keep you busy for months.
Nice write up on a classic game. Reading your feature really took me back to my first time exploring that ominous mansion in 1996.
Lol. That's what the developer is calling it in their press releases, but I fully expect we'll end up with a cooking title with stealth elements.
Also, dear lord Shining Force III is amazing. It's the candy-coated bacon of video games.
No more so than in the game. She's not exactly a shining example of femininity.
I swear, I can't remember the last time I was so excited for a game. Can't wait!
My wallet is not ready.
Hard to call it too late when MGS3 was RE-released for the 3rd time a few weeks ago. But yeah, I get what you're saying.
Looking good!
They don't lie.
Megabyte was such an awesome villain.
If it stays below $550 that would be a really good deal, though I'm not sure many people would be interested in dropping that much coin all at once. I think Sony pretty much nailed what most gamers are willing to spend this holiday on a new system, though I could be wrong.
