Hey Tweet, have you seen the Chinese hack of Final Fantasy VII for the Famicom? I think you might enjoy it. I linked a clip of it so you can check it out.

It's pretty much the biggest revolution in processing technology. Blows the CELL out of the water.
Two words- Blast Processing.
Shadow Hearts: Covenant had to be one of my absolute favorites of the PS2 era. While 3 was decent, it lacked much of the soul of the first two games. Even still, I'd love to see another game in the series.
I know it won't happen but I'd surely dust off my Vita for that.
You and me both (even though the US version of 3 is nigh impossible!) As a lifelong Sega stalwart, nothing would make me happier than to see Streets of Rage and Shining Force revived with quality modern day sequels. Just the thought of Shining Force being crafted around the incredible Valkyria Chronicles framework is enough to make me drool.
But yeah, Sega!
I loved these toys like crazy back in the early '90s. This article brings back some good memories.
While I would love to see Streets of Rage brought back in any form (Hell, I think at this point I'd even settle for a SoR kart racer with stealth elements), I think part of the game's visual charm is the gritty, lo-fi aesthetics.
Even still, I'd love to see this happen.
lol. Not sure if that's a sing of good things to come or an ill omen. I guess I'll have to find out in a little over a week.
I'd definitely sooner play this than the first two games in the trilogy. Though I have to admit, Lightning Returns feels like a breath of fresh air after those two trudges.
It's not a new Duke Nukem title. It's the definitive edition of the original 1996 FPS from 3D Realms and GT Interactive.
I'd imagine so, but it all depends on if the game sells as well as Pier Solar did. Beat 'em ups, while a favorite of mine, are pretty much a niche genre these days, especially when compared to traditional RPGs.
Hopefully the game does well. It has a tremendous amount of style and WaterMelon absolutely know how to get the most out of the ancient Genesis hardware.
The absolute best, Mafia. The absolute best.
Not sure, Brave Synbios, but here's hoping it sees the light of day.
I feel the same way. And I love the subtle nods to Golden Axe and the Dungeons & Dragons beat 'em ups throughout. I only wish there were a few more stages to keep things fresh, but other than that it's a true masterpiece.
I couldn't agree more. If the company were really in such dire straits then acquiring a property such as a long defunct PC adventure series would be a truly bizarre move. Either way, it's great to see the publisher branching out and acquiring some intriguing and unlikely properties.
Mind linking me to the confirmation? The only source I'm able to find is related to the Amazon listing.
Now, now, it could have been a woman with a fragrant vagina. It could have been a woman who decided to unload this due to Dragon's Crown's imminent release, you never know!
To be fair, I've purchased used consoles in the past that have had less than stellar descriptions and been surprised that they've showed up in pretty decent shape. Many times a seller will describe an item in the harshest way possible to avoid potential issues with the customer when the item arrives. Not to say this always the case, it happens. Buying used is always a gamble though.
It's worth noting the seller is a Best Buy subsidiary. That said, they may judge t...
Glad to hear you picked it up. What'd you think of it?
