You realize there's a thing called pacing and overstaying you're welcome. MAYBE it's amazing for a few levels, but after 10+ hours it could drag if it's not paced properly so you're just prematurely judging it too highly based on a very small slice of the game.
I do play games online and honestly, most games are completely silent since people are always inparty chats, however I have made plenty of friends from playing games online. People over exaggerate the amount of actual vitriol that comes from playing games online. It's a lot more subdued than people like to think based on the early days of Xbox 360 and PS3. Nowadays, it's mostly silent.
You get nothing out of video games? Would you say the same for any other medium? Would you say you get nothing from music, film, and literature? They're just entertainment after all so how could you get anything from it?
Oh yeah that's right. All of them have the capacity to be so much more than just mindless entertainment. They can all be art, including video games. They can be historically and culturally significant, reflecting upon the time period and trends in w...
Just get last round for like $30. All the dlc not included in it is just costumes and the one new character released the other month. The amount of stuff you get for the price is completely worth it
....so people can't disagree with the majority???? You're telling me you've NEVER players game and thought differently than the majority? Really? Come on. Stop letting your fanboyism cloud your judgment. I thought Bioshock Infinite was a solid 8 game, but do I go calling out anyone that gave it a 10 or 7 and lower a nut job that doesn't understand how to review games? Like seriously. Hardcore fanboys jump on the bandwagon the second their precious game starts getting high scor...
Second Son was just a tech demo disguised as a game. Very big step back from the second game.
Half because it only includes 10 maps. The 2007 launch had 16 maps and beyond that, 4 extra dlc maps so 20 multiplayer maps all told. We're only getting half the maps with the remaster
That's why so many indie games come to ps4, right? Because they do so poorly, right???
But it's also a 9 year old game...so this is really only worth about $10 on its own. Maybe less, but I'll begenerous and say it's worth around the $10-12 range for just how much of a visual improvement they're making when they could have been lazy and done a basic 1080p port.
Not everything needs a good story, though, and something like Doom wouldn't really benefit from having a good story. It would distract too much from the shooty shooty bang bang which is clearly what it should be about.
I love good stories in gaming and I prefer games with good stories, but to want EVERYTHING to have a good story is a little much. I don't want story in doom. I just want to kill things
I don't want story in doom, though so I don't care. Like he said, it's about blowing stuff up and killing things. It's not about story. If I want story, I go to other games like Firewatch or The Last of Us, etc...if I just want to kill things, I go to games like Doom and the Shadow Warrior reboot was damn good as well. In fact, Shadow Warrior was amazing. One of the best shooters this gen
Got it on vita two days ago and it's quite good. Still early on
To anyone that might ignore the multiplayer ️COMPLETELY because of this dlc, keep in mind that the developers stated in their one hour live stream the other day that snapmap will have free updates and no DLC so even if the core multiplayer experience is tainted with fragmentation, the user generated content won't be 😏
It is information about the game. It is news. How is it not news?
Your avatar is from MGS. I guess you got a little burnt on the fact that the MGS 5 trailers show every cutscene in the game to some capacity 😏
You realize if this same game was available on Xbox One, it would run at lower resolutions or have paired back assets or both....so keep saying your shit, you fanboy. Starting trash for no reason other than because you have nothing better do with your life
The cutscenes are all in-game. If you watched the psx demo way back, there was a sequence whereby Nate climbs some rocks and they start falling as he is climbing up. This is all playable, then once he reaches the top of the ledge, it goes straight into cutscene. No pause. No black screen. It is perfectly seamless, proving it is real-time.
Also, the e3 demo didn't have any transition into the cutscene after that chase sequence. Sooooo it's all real-time, bud.
Every uncharted is T-rated so is this a surprise?????
That's the thing. The old sonic games were really good platformers with certain sections of levels that let you go fast. They're not just about going balls to the wall fast. I love all the original genesis games and sonic cd is my least favorite of the old 2d sonic games. It had awful level design
What the hell are you talking about??? Doom is my most anticipated game of the year, but that doesn't mean you can blindly say the campaign is 9/10 after just a few levels of a roughly 10-14 hour game. It CAN get boring later. IT CAN drag. It CAN have poorly designed levels later on. IT CAN having boring encounters later on. You're just assuming too much right off the bat based on a small slice. There's a reason reviews of games aren't given until AFTER they are completed. Jus...
