I'm still excited for it. The only legitimate point you raised is that it will no doubt have an overpriced season pass which I will not waste money on and I certainly won't get the game day 1 full price because of that, but battlefront and hardline and even battlefield 4 are all different beasts.
Battelfront was plagued by being a game aimed at casuals and trying to line up close enough to the film's release and so as long as EA got the sales from rabbid Star Wa...
Onega Qunitet had breakable clothes, but you rarely saw that because it happened when you're health got too low and if you broke your clothes, you'd take more damage from attacks and so it was ️COMPLETELY counterintuitive. The game had barely any fan service.
It was also an excellent turn based RPG to boot if you're into that and willing to overlook the very clearly low budget of the game that means some pretty bland environments and awful visuals, but that com...
You sound like a 12 year old that can't handle turn based games
It's not called Valkyria Chronicles....it's called Valkyria: Azure Revolution...
Unpopular opinion, but I think it does. A lot of the Multiplatform games WiiU recieved had the most content and comparable visuals to PS3/360 counterparts, however the WiiU versions nearly always had the worst framerates. Remasters of those games on the NX to smooth out the framrates would be ideal for people that likely mostly or only game on nintendo platforms
Awful remaster unless it looks better in every instance and it doesnt.
Except for the fact that return to Arkham looks worse than the last gen versions so what is this author on about. "Plus it's going to look prettier than ever".
Have you SEEN the comparisons. No. Just no.
You're judging the quality of these games just because of SEXUALIZED content of fictional characters. Look at Dungeon Travelers 2 on vita. That is a game with all female playable characters and most enemies are sexy women and every boss you beat will give you a detailed image of the woman in a sexual/compromised position and some of these girls look on the younger side.
But guess what. It is one of the best dungeon crawlers to ever grace a handheld. It came out statesid...
I love the convenience of handhelds. The screen size isn't much of an issue. If you can use a phone and browse websites and comment like I am using my phone now, you can play games on a handheld.
Also, I love rpg's and all subgenre's of rpg's and even offshoots like tactical and strategy games even when they don't have many or any RPG elements and all of those are so convenient to play anytime and anywhere.
Rpg's are so long and t...
We didn't see all of the finished game, but I remember when it was announced and followed it. They stated it was a linear dungeon crawler and would be nothing more than that
Okay but you're using this PSP game as proof it could be done on vita since it could be done on PSP, but the PSP version was just a linear dungeon crawler so it doesn't help your point at all
This game wouldn't have been open world, though. It was going to be a linear dungeon crawler kind of game.
I haven't played a lot of the games in the series, but I have played a lot of rpg's in general and FF X is does not set a very high precedent.
In terms of the combat, it was as good as it gets. The ability to swap out characters mid battle withoit being penalized was a godsend because you can't account for random encounters and what kind of battles with what kind of enemies you get into.
It also had a fantastic soundtrack and presentation, but...
But can it run Crysis Remastered 😏
I don't understand the love for Golden Abyss. I platinumed it along with the PS3 games and the PS3 games again in the ps4 collection and I can safely say golden abyss is hands down the worst entry.
It focuses too much on basic gimmicky rotate this thing, rub the screen, etc...it's all just gimmicky nonsense that felt shoehorned into the game to make use of all the vita's superfluous features that don't need to be used in every game. It also had by miles the ...
Uncharted 4 does a lot of small things that really add to the experience and it certainly makes other games in the genre feel behind the times, however, I wish it had more set pieces. I have no issues with the slower pacing and the increased amount of exploration and puzzle solving, but after that chapter 11 or 12 set piece from the e3 demo, I wanted more set pieces on that level.
I think it's good that as a whole, uncharted 4 has less shooting things when compared to a...
Seriously. No one even mentioned any other game. He get really defensive really quickly. He assumed I'm not into the kind of game DOOM is. I AM. I got hyped when I found out it wouldn't have cinematic cutscenes because all I wanted in Doom was straight up action, HOWEVER the game's environments still have to be well designed. The game's encounters still have to be fun. The game still has to be paced appropriately and be an appropriate length. Fun gameplay in single player only...
I've played plenty of games in my life that were "Eh. This is mediocre" after a few levels. By the end of the game, I was saying "wow. That was good"
Conversely, I've played plenty of games that were "wow. Glorious" after a few levels and by the end I was sick of it. If you still think it's a 9/10 campaign after completing it, then that's fair. However, to say it's a 9/10 now after a small portion is very premature and unre...
These entitled consumers need to stop begging for every game to be exactly the thing they want, otherwise it's trash*
