The same guy that complained the tomb raider reboot wasn't exactly like the originals now complaining that resident evil 7 isn't exactly like the originals.

People like you are the reason half assed yearly franchise efforts like Assassin's Creed and Call of Duty continue to sell. Because people like you want every entry of every franchise to be the exact same. Even reboots. Get over yourself.

Resident Evil is now going for pure horror for the...

I was interested in eventually playing The Witness, but after reading his tweet, I'm not supporting anything from him.

You didn't even see gameplay. Holy hell, slow down.

The story was the biggest problem with Bioshock Infinite in terms of the product we ended up with. Taking away the early gameplay demos and what we should have gotten mechanically speaking, the story was handled in such a hamfisted manner. It lacked the sort of subtlety a game with such themese should have had. The best part of the game is the opening. It's a good set up for what seems like a narratively rich game, but as soon as the action begins, all hope of a narrative "masterpiec...

It wanted to be more intelligent and wasted all that potential so as to be viable in the triple-A space, a space in which political correctness is almost forced on a game so less people are offended and more people buy it to make up for the budget that went into developing the game.

I feel as though publishers purposely toned down what could have been one of best examples of narrative in gaming, but as it is now, it lacks the impact it should.

I've played it the same amount of times. It does at the very least have the most satisfying combat of the series.

I felt it was a good game, but had so much more promise that every time the name gets brought up in conversation, a part of me dies on the inside.

Um actually yes. The vita is an RPG machine.

I know the visuals aren't mindblowing, but I played the ps4 version of injustice. It looks way better than the ps4 "remaster" of the first

Are you sure? Ubisoft are pretty shady.

RE 5 was my my first platinum, but I'm still getting this depending on how much of a visual upgrade it ends up being over the original console version

It's not immature and I don't need to grow up because what you said has no logic to it. Take an awful looking game with bland environments, low res textures, simple geometry, and low polygon counts and then blow that up on a 50 inch screen. That looks disgusting. Take those exact same assets and shrink them down to 4-5 inches. Now, it's not so bad anymore and on top of that, it's handheld hardware so you expect less and then to add on top of that, you can take it anywhere. Gam...

Dead Space 2 was great. I never played 3.

Yeah, I was going to get it day 1 as a vita game, but since we only get it on ps4 here, my hype level died down significantly.

It's a visually dated looking game and it's an RPG. Playing a dated looking long game and limiting it to the home feels like a waste to me. I want to play it on vita.

Kalkano strikes again, hating handhelds for whatever insane reason.

3659d ago 0 agree1 disagreeView comment

I do mostly play my handhelds at home, but when I do need to go out, I take them with me and continue playing without worrying about being stuck in some long dungeon with a save point 2 hours away from my current position.

Also, it makes no sense that you'd still want a low budget game that looks awful on a big screen. Take something like I Am Setsuna as an example. It's clearly a lower budget effort from square Enix and the visuals are far from impressive. It look...

I also really liked Omega Quintet on ps4. That's a low budget turn based RPG that is a ps4 and PC only game, but the entire time I played it, I wished it was on vita instead. The visuals were awful and the dungeons were pretty empty and uninspired so it clearly was not leveraging ps4 and PC hardware in the slightest whatsoever. Because of that and how grind heavy the game is, I would have adored a vita version. Rpg's generally speaking are low budget and if they're going to be low...

Also the only version of Tales of The Abyss I ever played was the 3DS version and that too was a great time. I'll stick to enjoying my super long games everywhere and anywhere for convenience.

Thank you very much. Just look at other ports. Disgaea 1-4 were all console games that got ported to handhelds.1 and 1 were ps2 games ported to PSP and 3 and 4 were PS3 games ported to vita and I'd rather play the handheld versions of all of those because they're all massi...

That's why I just lay down and play it for hours at home with earbuds in....and they always suffer? Really?

Tell that to Persona 4 Golden which is superior to the ps2 version with better graphics, more content, and more voice acting now all on the go. I also just recently started playing Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;birth 1 on vita which is a remake of the PS3 original. A superior game to the PS3 original as well with a better framerate than its console counterpart.
