If a court orders you to stop doing something or else you are looking at a massive lawsuit and/or jail time, you should probably stop whatever it is. Unless you are fully prepared to handle those consequences.
The box also states that "design and specifications are subject to change without notice" but no one ever wants to read that. Graf knowingly broke the law and wants to go to jail for his insignificant cause. I say let him.
Graf violated a court order. That is why he's looking at jail time. He was asked to stop hacking the system and posting how to do it online. He refused and posted all his work the very next day. Sony has little to do with his current predicament.
The case is pretty clearcut. Was he asked to stop? Yes. Did he blatanly disregard the court order asking him to stop? Yes. He spat in the face of the court system and is getting exactly what he wanted: martyrdom.
That would require MS to buy a studio, which they don't believe in doing anymore.

Riiight...Activision would NEVER allow a developer to release a CoD game before it was ready. Not without extensive QA testing and a beta. That would be silly.

Mainly because EA isn't running Battlefield 3 on his favorite console (360) at E3. But it is running on PC and PS3. Turnabout is fair play.
Microsoft didn't win because they announced the same stuff they did last year, even more Kinect, and their big reveal was a no brainer (Really, another Halo? Like this year, last year and the year before that?)
Sony didn't win because they leaked their big announcements weeks ago. The only big surprise was the PSV price but that was more of a "wow, they aren't going to gouge us" surprise.
Nintendo didn't win because for all the bells...

Score sounds about right. I don't know why people give this game such a hard time. I know it's different from the PS2 era games but it's still fun nevertheless.
It could be a downloadable title which could be available on all platforms. Maybe add an online party system so you could play with people across PS3 and PSV. Who knows? A remake would sell because people have been begging for this game for the longest. And if it's also playable on a new platform with new features, even better.
With the remaster series, Sony could put out a FF remake on the handheld and ps3.
Third party sales are great? Only 1 (Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games) cracks the top ten. I'm saying that third parties make more money on PS3 and 360 than the Wii. The highest selling games on Wii are Nintendo's. Plain and simple. Need a third party example:

The days of third party exclusives are over, there's too much money to be made. The only exception would be Nintendo since they're putting out a new console. Hell, they have enough money to make GTA V a timed exclusive. As for timed DLC, it's not a draw unless your name is Call of Duty and even then, sales aren't drastically changed by it.
I can't see this console being an enormous success, moderate at best. Nintendo will make some good games with it but late third party support would only mean that Nintendo will finally be able to play current gen games. Expect a lot of ports. And that is only if they get strong support because I bet developers are weary of Nintendo after the Wii. The console is a stopgap effort and won't have the longevity of a PS3 or 360(if Microsoft is serious about a 10 year lifespan). Plus it will...
