Dead Space 2 certainly had its moments!
It seems that Coalition already works on various projects (not just Gears)

So the capacity is there. If however all secondary projects are side projects of small scale, then it would not be feasible to handle a Halo scale project unless they abandon Gears (unlikely)
It certainly seems that 343 has failed to do the game justice. After all these years in development and nearly unlimited budget, they have managed to transform my favorite franchise into a solid but not Halo spectacular deserving game.
It is clear to me that they should not be held in charge of Halo anymore and that perhaps other studios could try as previously mentioned by others already.
A crossover fps between Halo and Doom would be very nice though
The article mentions 14 exclusives only. However there are much more coming which were left out which I find it odd given the expected quality of those titles.
In case in point:
Age of Empires 2 definite edition
Age of Empires 4
Compulsion next game
Inxile next game
Tango Gameworks next game
Indiana Jones
Banner Saga developers exclusive
Project Dragon (IO Interactive)
Project Shaoli...
And Alan Wake 2 & Amnesia The Bunker as well!!
Did not have the chance to play Deliver Us The Moon on Switch (the version was cancelled) but I am waiting for a sale to buy it on Steam Deck. This does look more promising to be honest judging solely by the trailer.
Very good choice! That was indeed a sad story.
I found What Remains of Edith Finch a very sad story that completely overrun me with feelings.
The same goes for "To The Moon" despite the fact that I played it on mobile phone.
I do like their games to be honest. I havent played Medium yet (Steam Deck does not support it officially), but Layers or Fear 1 & 2 were solid releases (great ports on Switch as well).
Observer was amazing (yet slow paced) and Blair Witch had a great atmosphere and at times was very unnerving (woodlands sections).
Cant wait for Silent Hill 2 remake and Layers of Fear!
I think we all agree that Xbox had literally no AAA games this year so they are naturally placed third.
However Nintendo had both numerous and quality games.
In case in point:
High Profile Games:
Pokemon Scarlet/Violet
Kirby and the Forgotten Land (85 metacritic)
Bayonetta 3 (86 metacritic)
Splatoon 3 (83 metacritic)
Pokemon Arceus (83 metacritic)
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 (89 metacritic)
is it difficult like dark souls or easier in your opinion?
Since I revisited recently and finished all 3 campaigns on switch (used to own the xbox360 version but never bother to finish it), I can safely say that the game was even worse than I remember.
Nearly all gold standard survival Resident Evil aspects were missing as emphasis on action was given.
Leon campaign was at times classic Resident Evil, but it did not last. Encounters were forgettable, the same with set pieces and characters, action was overwhelmi...
Switch Pro according to digital foundry rumour wont be happening. This may turn out to be a good thing because a switch successor is what we need given the technical limitations of Switch in comparison with PS5 and Series X.
If mid gen enhanced consoles are also released by sony and microsoft, the gap would widen even further, given previous nintendo console revisions that did not offer a significant graphics boost (looking at you new 3ds).
I think it would be fair to say that Switch had a great year! Better than most of the previous years based on content released on it.
Major titles released include:
Pokemon Scarlet/Violet
Kirby and the Forgotten Land
Bayonetta 3
Splatoon 3
Pokemon Arceus
Xenoblade Chronicles 3
Secondary titles included
Fire Emblem Heroes Three Hopes
Chocobo GP
Switch sports
One thing I realized after getting a Steamdeck after 5 years of switch heavy duty usage, is how much money I can save with Steam Sales in comparison to switch sales. Nintendo first party never offer over 30% percentage discount and their sales are not that frequent.
Even worse, not all their games are on sale each time! Therefore you must wait many months if not years for a specific game to be on sale and only at 30%.
In addition all third party games ...
Stop being a fanboy for once. CWA have laid out their official position few days ago, which is to be found on their site.

In your view, everything reported by Microsoft must be the product of misinformation.
In any case, this is an issue of remedying Activision's misdoings by ent...
Now that' s a game that I wish to see released. One of my favorite horror movies of all times. Trailer nails the atmosphere. Really hope this ends up being good
Outrigger and Ooga Booga were also stellar multiplayer games. Metropolis street racer is also missing in the list. Great list nevertheless- a rare sight these days
The moment Microsoft dissolved during last gen, Lionhead and cancelled Scalebound, along with Remedy becoming multi platform, I lost interest in their hardware. It was not possible for microsoft to deliver an impressive output of games, since it was solely relying on Gears, Forza and Halo along with some third party exclusive deals.
While this gen seems more promising given the numerous acquisitions, mismanagement and rushed console lunch, damaged series x/s consoles as th...
Cant wait to play this one
Wishlisted ! Looks amazing
