Why buy Madworld when I can get God Of War 3 later on for $10 more? I mean lets face it Madworld is God of War minus the graphics, epic story, huge environments, puzzles and length (5 hours compared to about 15 hours). In return you get flicky stick controls which doesn't really appeal to me. And yes I have played Madworld.
Famitsu showed the PS3 and Wii tied last week at 19k a piece. So they are actually showing an increase against the Wii since last week. The 360 was cracked about a month after release. The Wii was cracked in about 3 months. Its been 2.5 years and the PS3 still hasn't been cracked. It may happen but I wouldn't count on it being any time soon.

I waited 2 weeks just to have my account credited with the trade in amount. Plus the trade values have gone way down since they started the program. I'd give it a C. But if I have to wait that long just to get credit for a trade in I might as well sell it on ebay and get 25% to 100% more for most games.

I think no co-op really hurt this game just like it hurt Resistance 2. I know that's why I didn't buy either of them. I just rented both.
This is how most hardcore wii games get decent overall sales. The price on No More Heroes and Zak and Wiki dropped to around $30 or lower a couple of months after release. But I guess the devs don't spend much money making these games so they can still turn a profit.
The single player was a big letdown in R2. Instead of keeping what was original about Resistance they tried to make it like every other shooter on the market.

Because Sony makes money on each PS2 sold. They can afford to drop the price on it and still make money on it. Same can't be said for the PS3. Sony sold over 5 million PS2s last year. So obviously there are still plenty of people who do not have one.
