Gayest of gay titles.
But will it be yet another movie license tie in? Survey is leaning towards YES :|
Unless, like Wolverine, the movie is so bad it makes the game look good.
I was wondering this last night when playing Enslaved. It certainly touches on the greatness of BG&E, but fails to remain consistent.
The characters, atmosphere and music were spot on, but the story was stretched (which is saying something for a < 10 hour game), the combat repetitive, and the game was full of padding.
It could have been a perfect 6 hour game, but instead they made a 10 hour flawed one.
"Half Life 2 completely blew me away when it was released in 2004. Not only did the game totally deliver on its promises..."
Are you sure you played HL2 in 2004? It was a bit of a let down if you'd been following the previews and tech demos. None of the cool stuff (Actual AI, being chased through a house having to board up the entrances, a hearing tentacle like that of the first game) made it into the game.
I imagine Charlie Sheen the game would be something akin to Saints Row 2 meets Dope Wars.
I would buy it, day 1.
In Syndicate, you can do ANYTHING!
Welcome to the Syndicate tutorial. You can't do anything.
"School Report is an annual BBC project which helps young people make their own news reports for a real audience."
"make their own news"
Nothing like perpetuating a lie.
Could be worse... It could have been "STUNNING" footage!
Graffiti?
Really? I thought this was a news aggregate site? Not "stupid shit I did whilst the manager wasn't watching"
Screen tearing but consistent on 360.
V-Sync but floating FPS on PS3.
Swings and Roundabouts.
I would buy more from PSN if 3rd party publishers like EA, Ubisoft, Activision took their head out of their asses and realise it makes no sense selling a 2 year old game for £30.
The more companies appreciate the ease and value of digital distribution, the more custom they'll get. It's a simple equation, but one that seems above the heads of multi-million dollar marketing and accounting departments.
Merchandising already? We barely even seen any screens of this game yet!
A launch filled with "I can't see it, can you see the 3D?", and a salesperson desperately insisting "Oh, yeah, look at that sweet 3D, would you like a another copy of Street Fighter, Nintendogs, Zelda to go with that?".
How to what?
That's not how you spell 'rape'.
Who the fuck thought this game would be like Heavy Rain?
Heavy Rain works because of its slow deliberate pace, a zombie game is about panic, and applying the QTE gameplay to that would just be physically exhausting.
I'm not sure reading a comic on a larger TV screen would be worth while. It's bad enough browsing the web on one.
Not to mention the images in the comics would have to be much larger to keep its fidelity.
Nice idea though. I'm happy enough reading on the PSP, and buying on the PS3 means I don't have to shop separately on two different platforms.
Science is Dangerous? What?! Have you never seen the atomic bomb test videos?
It's a little sad hat somebody wearing the bare minimum in eye ware is considered a hipster. I'm fairly certain he needs those glasses.
Of course it did, it's the the:
"Half the internet love it, the other half haven't played it" genre.
Ubisoft? Making a disappointing game? Say it ain't so!
Also, this is the first time ever that somebody has recommended Rayman DS. It's not a bad port, but the controls were horrible.
Unfortunately, if it that is splitscreen, it looks like the terrible "maintain widescreen ratio by making 1/3 of your TV screen absolutely fucking useless"
Whoever decided gamers care about the aspect ratio when sharing a couch with a buddy, at the expense of your TV screen space needs to be shot.
Nothing says fuck you like turning your nice new 40" into two 18" screens.
OH MY GOD! They've actually decapitated somebody with a Mortal Kombat tattoo, haven't they?!
*read article*
Oh. Well that's a let down.
