Soon there will be very little reason to leave your world of minecraft.

Hell - add geneology, and you've got yourself a Populous game from the perspective of a tribe's man!

BullCrap to English translation:

"Everybody bitches about the price, but they'll still pay for it, so we have no reason to lower it."

Josh Olin was later seen drop kicking a kitten, and punching a pensioner in the kidney before shitting in their hat.

I'd rather wait a month or two for a game to come down, even if I must own it right away. Or usually I just wait until it drops to £10. The money to the developer doesn't change, as the retailer has already bought the game, and chooses to sell at a lower price to drive sales.

It's not like game prices remain high, so perhaps it's not pre-owned market that's killing the industry, but the attitude in gamers that they simply must own the newest game from...

The problem with Batman multiplayer, is that everybody wants to be Batman. And there can be only one.

No, before you start. Nobody wants to be Robin.

A sweet month, indeed.

80% off Penny Arcade Eps 1 and 2? If anything Plus makes me purchase less since I'm always worried anything I might buy will be cheaper in a month or 12.

So PC version looks better?

NEWS OF THE YEAR!

Let's hope it doesn't follow other high-profile PC releases and look good, but riddled with bugs (GTAIV, Assassin's Creed).

"You might think that a game massive enough to require two DVDs"

Not really, to maintain a high variable read rate, you can only fill up one layer - so 4.5GB tops per disk.

9GB is quite a bit shy from even the first Uncharted, which can also be beaten in a day. And like Uncharted, I'm sure Rage will be worth the replay.

See, this is what I'm talking about. I don't meant to have a go at you, but you admit Japan is wealthy, and you donate anyway.

Why? Money doesn't solve everything, it just makes people like you feel better about not helping.

A report in 2009 found that 5 years after then Tsunami in the Indian Ocean, the donations raised still hadn't even been half spent.

Haiti still looks like crap despite more than enough charity.

I don't doubt they didn't donate to Katrina. But I'm not American, so I'm not sure I see your point.

I was expressing an opinion on individuals giving money to already wealthy countries.

I would give but, for two reasons:

- Japan is one of the largest economies in the world (yes I'm aware it's in debt, we all are). If it can't help itself, then more money isn't going to fix the problem.

- Following the "giving money to a rich nation", reason, I can only see this as boosting the altruistic egos of those who donate money. It's about feeling better about something we have no control over.

Good for y...

I'm haven't been a fan of TR since the original games, but I would pay for for the 1-3 and chronicles remastered in HD.

I guess Anniversary is all we get :(

I notice a lot of disagreement. Is this because people don't want the responsibility to decide if their kid is old enough to play a game? Or do they not understand what's being argued.

I'm not saying kids should be allowed to play games like Call of Duty.

It's considered an Art-form, and everybody should be able to play it, but it has to be down to government and parents to decide when their children are ready for it.

I would...

"It’s three of the best games of all time remastered in High Definition"

Sorry reviewer, your article, and opinion is now null and void.

"Best games of all time", my arse. Overrated much?

Good. Drake and Elena are the Mukder and Scully of the new century.

I agree with the devs - it's down to your countries own rating system, it's enforcement under the law, and the parents understanding of it.

Far too often a parent won't let a 14 year old watch a 15 rated film, but is perfectly happy for them to disappear to their room and play an 18 rated game (that they or some other adult would have bought them).

The developers have a responsibility to make games, and that's all. Not to say who can and can&#...

"Kane & Lynch Will Return" as targets of No. 47, I assume?

I loved the idea of Kane and Lynch, and even hoped the 2nd game would be good. But it was not to be ;_;

I can't help but think that if FakeFactorys started work on their own Episode 3, it would be finished before Valve's and look a hell of a lot better.

Stop remaking the same game guys! You don't have anything else to prove!

PS3 has already sold more than the 360.

What is the point of asking an analyst's opinion on what they think could happen?

Now let's all just get on with our lives and enjoy the consoles we bought.

It's the publishers fault cracks and leaks happen?

And yet when they impose draconian measures that prevent actual customers from playing the games they bought, I suppose that's our fault for complaining?
