How is it a lie? Kojima's last game was MGS5. That released in 2015. And it's highly debatable whether that's actually a good game or not. There are definitely a lot of people that didn't like it. But even still, whether you count MGS5 to be a good game or not, his comment is 100% true. Kojima hasn't made a good game in years.

What do you mean? It would create a whole world of Marvel video games that are all connected and in the same universe. That's the point. It's the same point that the movies are following. They could have characters cross over in each others' games and over-arching plot points.

And your comparison about the lions in Africa isn't really the same thing either. In Monster Hunter you are inhabiting a new place to live. Expanding society. So naturally giant man-eating creatures need to be removed....
