Does anyone honestly think this won't be released in the US?
When Sony revealed the PS4 it was one of the first games they revealed...worldwide.
Not only that, but all this news about it keeps coming out. There is no way they would make sure everyone knows about this game and then only release it in Asian countries. That would make no sense at all.
Even if it is released in the US at a later date, you can bet it will be released here.

Go look at Battlefield 3 reviews. A lot of people gave it a 1 and said things like, "It doesn't have Call of Duty in the title."
Thats when I stopped relying on Metacritic for anything.
There's no way they would show America this game and continue showing news about it and videos and trailers, getting all the hype up for it in America....and then not release it here.
It may not be officially confirmed, but at this point, they would be morons not to do it.

THey need to do something like the Gamecube remake of the original RE. That game was perfect. Just a graphically updated version of the original game with some redone enemies.
I loved that game.
They need to just follow that equation. We don't need all these crazy combat rolls, cover, always running, nearly unlimited ammo game mechanics.
Survival horror is all about trying to survive while being completely outgunned and outnumbered ...

You're living in the past, man. Get with the program. There are plenty of reasons why current Playstation owners would be buying a game made by Bungie. But most importantly of all? Not everyone is a moronic fanboy who chooses one or the other and then idiotically refuses to partake in anything made by a company that is not made by the company of their choosing.
I hear ya. When I think of trading weapons and armor and things, I instantly think of Diablo games. Thats a franchise that is known for people making dupes and hacks of weapons and it really kind of ruins the experience.
So have they made any kind of announcement about what this game is going to entail?
I know they are trying to keep it going as long as possible. Are there going to be ongoing events that are constantly shaping the online world?

Yeah, I'm being cynical, but still. The XB1 has some crazy features...but they made some ridiculous mistakes. Like the aforementioned Hard Drive space issue, not being able to see my battery life on the controllers. The voice activations working only some of the time.
It just feels like the XB1 would have benefitted a lot more by having another year in development.

The funny thing is that most of the games mentioned here aren't even available on PS4 and XB1...

Im with you, but unfortunately MMO's are very popular and have been for a long time.
City of Heroes, DCU Online, World of Warcraft, The Old Republic....the list goes on and on of online games that require a monthly payment on top of the original price of the game.
As crazy as it sounds, people pay it.
