Does that somehow excuse the fact that he hasn't put out a Game of Thrones book in like 8 years?
Okay, that I can undersrand. I agree that releasing collections of old games doesn't mean a studio is showing signs of life.
But there is definitely a market for this kind of thing. If people didn't want it then they wouldn't sell. But they do. So if nothing else it is at least showing that Konami is doing something that fans want. Who knows, maybe it's a "testing the waters" kind of thing.
Um, it's made up of totally different games, for one...
I feel like this was a trick question. Was this a trick question? Surely you knew Castlevania Collection and Castlevania Requiem were totally different right?
Let's not get crazy here.
Castlevania 1, 3, and Bloodlines are absolutely amazing. There are far worse Castlevania games out there...
Pick up a comic before talking about comic characters, for God's sake...
That was amazing!
Europa Universalis 4 has a Game of Thrones mod that is pretty much the best GoT game out there.
Facepalm....
Did you play Spider-Man?
1. The only Marvel film license Sony has is Spider-Man. Marvel is already allowed to use Spidey in their MCU films through a deal they made. I'm not sure why Disney would want to spend unknown billions for that.
2. Fox was not doing very well. They didn't decide to sell their entertainment Division because they were making tons of money lol. Remember, Disney didn't just go to Fox and throw a bunch of money at them out of them blue. Fox made the announcement that...
Shut up.
Resident Evil: Remake Remake?
Except for all the people that will download and play it on their phones?
People would rather complain than think of ways things are good.
For instance, Nintendo does put games on sale in their eshop. But what these vouchers are best used for are games that are full priced, like brand new releases, pre-orders, or games that don't go on sale very often.
No other console offers a brand new game on launch day with a $10 discount on their online shop. These vouchers essentially do that. And that's actually kind of nice.
...
It doesn't matter if it was said, but WHO said it. Again, maybe this site was one of the ones that didn't hate on remasters.
If I make a comment that goes against the general consensus it isn't fair to question what ALL gamers want based off of what I alone said.
That's basically what you're doing here....
Yeah....but there have been more WAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY more non-remasters throughout the entire generation. Both 3rd party and 1st party.
Lol my bad
@ No Way
Who's fault is that? If people can't be bothered to research something before they drop $60 on it then it's their fault. No matter how you slice it.
Sure, EA are scumbags that implement poor practices. But that doesn't mean it's all their fault that people still buy their games. Hell, if anything, it lends credibility to EA's ways...
There are plenty of gamers that hate the idea of remasters.
Was anything modified for this version? If not, and it's a straight port, then I would still call it the Remake.
I don't see anything saying it has been remastered for Switch, but when this same game came To PS4 they made damn sure to let everyone know it was a remastered version. It's even called Resident Evil HD on Sony's website.
That's the difference.
