The first comment Naruga has ever said that made sense!
Stormtroopers are always going to be nothing more than fodder in these games. I mean, you're using a lightsaber that can cut through almost anything, and you have the Force. Should it really be difficult to fight stormtroopers?
It's the other enemies on-screen with the stormtroopers that makes it difficult. Those staff guys look like they could be a real pain the ass when they are attacking you up close and Stormtroopers are shooting at you from further back....
Every game doesn't need to be innovative......
Give me an fun game with a good story and solid controls and I'm happy.
Me too. But people are always looking for reasons to hate EA. And EA has earned that.
That real issue happens now. EA could sincerely be trying to make a game that fans will want and have been asking for. A single player game that isn't ruled by microtransactions.
The problem is that so many people hate EA now that this could be the best game ever made and people still won't rush out to buy because they are taking a "wait and see" appro...
@ Tekiz
I've never been a fan of the Arkham combat system. It's the same combat that can be found the earlier Assassin's Creeds games and Shadow of Mordor/War. It's very simple and mindless.
Yeah, when going up against the "harder groups and bosses" you might need to use another attack, like Cape swipe, but really? I've played through all the Arkham games because I love comics and I can tell you I barely ever used Batman'...
I feel like you're just saying things to make yourself sound right, even though it isn't true.
What war are you talking about? Anyone that doesn't visit these websites (aka, the vast majority of people that buy video games) have never even heard of Stadia.
What move to 1st person? As far as I know this will be the first Cyberpunk game. CDPR has every right to make it how they want. They wanted to do something a little different. So they did. People should be happy they aren't making a new Witcher in 1st person. I would understand the anger then. But this is a new franchise. Its never been anything than what they are making it now.
I wasn't a fan of Witcher 3 either. But then difference is I still fully recognize that it's a great and very well made. I just didn't like the Combat system, quite frankly. And that's a game breaker for me.
No one is saying that you have to like CDPR like everyone else. But you have to understand why you sound like a massive hater right now:
1. CDPR has given no reason to think this will be a bad game.
2. CDPR has a great track record.
3. The gameplay for Cyberpunk looked incredible.
There's really no reason to think the game will flop, as you admitted yourself. It's one thing if you don't like the setting or gameplay style yo...
This actually happened in the same timeline that Captain America travelled back to.
Larian made the Divinity: Original Sin games. It was basically an ode to Baldur's Gate 1 and 2, Planescape, and the Icewind Dale series. They are all isometric RPG's.
The only difference is the Divinity games are true Turn Based while the others are real time with a pause function.
I imagine Larian was chosen to handle this because of how well they created isometric RPG's and brought them into modern gaming. So I fully expect Baldur's Gat...
Larian Studios have been making games in the same vein as Baldur's Gate for a long time. (The Divinity series). They don't have microtransactions of any kind.
With their track record there's no reason to think there will be MT's in this. Let's not get negative until there's a reason. If this were EA or Activision I would understand. But I trust Larian to handle this game perfectly.
Larian's games have given no one any reason to think this game will have any microtransactions at all, much less a crazy amount like you're suggesting.
Save that garbage for Studios like EA or Activision. No reason to make these kind of negative comments about a very good developer unless they give you a reason to.
I'm wet.
When were PC players crying for console versions?
It's not offensive. People are upset because they feel like NR slammed a political statement into the game.
You know what? I didn't even think of that, but that's an amazing point to all of this.
You're talking about a time paradox. When in the story, it isn't a paradox.
Jax knew about slavery in the first place because it happened. He didn't have to experience it first hand. You didn't, yet you know it was a thing, right? So he went back in time and stopped it from happening.
So in the NEW future he created it can go three ways depending on how time travel works in this universe.
1. Jax doesn't remember it...
1. People pissed at Jax's ending are overreacting. There are pretty much two things that are always talked about that someone should do if they could travel through time. Kill Hitler before he rises to power. And stop slavery. So it isn't like this was a new idea. In fact, Inwould think anlot of people would do this, black or white. (Unless I'm just being optimistic)
2. The article barely talks about Nightwolf. Why? Because this whole idea was made by someone ma...
What?
There will always be a console war as long as there is more than one company making consoles. They will be in direct competition with each other in some fashion. It doesn't mean they have to be hostile towards one another, but there is still that level of competition. That's before even considering fans at all...
