I'm pretty sure there's still a chance of it being ported to the PS3, since they haven't outright denied it yet.
That's the part where this conversation falls apart into being pointless imo. I never came in here trying to defend a party I don't associate with, only commenting on how they have no relevance to the overall article whatsoever. It would be like me making a blog about a gamer who comes off as a bum and compare them to the Occupy Wall Street movement. Like your comparisons in this article, my correlation (regardless of the "resources") between the two is unfairly biased an...
Sigh...Exhibit A, ladies and gentlemen.
Unfortunate as it is for me to say it, your lack of understanding (judging by this post) for the political arena regarding OWS and Tea Party shows they have no place in that article. It would be better to remove that parts of this article in order to stay on the topic at hand, and not include other factions that deter from the main message.
That "missing the point" part out in my other reply turned out to be true. You're taking that part out of context. The reason I introduced Gears 3 was not to combat review sites, but rather the average n4g users' flawed perception of the entire matter. I thought that was blatantly clear when I moved on from that game to a few others in my next part of the blog.
I'm sure you saw that Twitter post from SCEA about UC3's score at one point. Somethi...
Okay...I'm fine with attacking "those guys" you're talking about; however, I can't accept articles like this (perhaps others can) that put these people in the same light as the Tea Party, especially when you whimsically mention them without showing any political background as to why they deserve to be mentioned.
I see that the Tea Party has just as many reasonable arguements as the Occupy Wall Street movement, without the hundreds of arrests and mult...
I'm a bit confused as to where I'm disregarding logic. You state something multiple times that I never brought up...ever (I believe). I'm not here to combat against sites awarding their highest scoring game with the GOTY title, and I expect no less for a site to do so since it's their opinion. I seriously fail to see where that part of your arguement is/was going since it branches of into something I'm able to recognize already.
"I know it would ...
If that's the sort of remark to be expected, I think you (and others) are missing the point. I was trying to produce examples [in that blog] about the shallow idea of GOTY's requiring to have the absolute highest score possible to win, when the superfluous amount of quality titles this year can really make it anyone's game; it's not just Skyrim's "award for the taking" because it averages a point or two higher on metacritic. That's not what metacritic is th...
This is kind of ironic considered what blog is right below this one on the main page-which happen to be mine.
And...now we're under the right "Uncharted 3" section :P. Someone really needs to clear up all of the random article sections. Like another poster said, someone could mistakedly put something under the nametag "Uncharted 3: Drake's Deceit".
"So why are these jackasses getting any sort of traction and gaining a following of their own? It’s the same reason that the Tea Party came into being and ended up screwing over the USA: there are a lot of stupid people out there."
"Are you afraid of the scary black President? Well, the Tea Party has some great BS “arguments” to spew out to your friends to show them that you’re not some shallow mouthbreather, but instead, a critical thinker that knows abou...
What? Words like "studies indicate" in news blogs are not used for the purpose of labeling. They're trying to reach some sort of conclusion with this examination.
I was worried the ':P' reference would go unnoticed.
Give me a fresh map that's of Calypso Casino's quality and I'm sold :).
So far it just seems like "Press X to Jason" in the first-person perspective. Although we'll have to wait and see (as always), I don't see how domestic terrorism can promise change the fps story formula as we know it.
Happy to help :).
"2009 sleeper hit for the Xbox 360"
Came out in 2010.
Or someone on Jersey Shore
Just did :)

Newsflash: Saying they don't "critique equally" requires you to look at the context of the review. Not just average a bunch of numbers on a calculator.
