I still hold Call of Duty 2 a bit higher than MW1.
Edit: Sorry to spoil the consistency above my post. :P
Beat me to it

Can't find the report tab on here though :/
Edit: Actually, this one seems to have been submitted first.
This one currently says "4hrs ago" while the other says "1hr ago."
Although I might risk losing my head, I thought SWTOR was a great MMO. But I can agree GW2 looks like it reaches that level of quality an MMO has reached for quite some time: exemplary (maybe excellent) status.
Congrats to all winners! :D
I'd give a shout-out to macdonagh's blog just for this quote:
"It's not that I hate people, but I feel a lot better when I'm not around them."
Typically the 2nd to last week of the month.
It suggests a sort of...selflessness of those posters. I say a title like "honorary contributor" is in order for them.
;)
Remember that 360 got Joe Danger: Special Edition. I see a similar case with JD2 ,but the special edition is for PS3.
The devs seems to be the type that want to invest all assets on one console at a time.
*...that HASN'T clicked on...link YET
Sorry about that.
My take:
For every poster that doesn't click on the monthly "Contest Details" link, they'll get receive an animation of Navi flying around on their screen saying "Hey, listen!" until they come here. Seems fitting for a gaming website. XD
-"It's an anti CoD shooter much like Killzone and that's a huge turn off for most."
I like CoD and anti CoD shooters; make no difference to me. I like the idea of digging through every soldier, sneaking when it's an option, etc. The execution behind just utterly failed imo. The foundation for Last Light on its own is good enough for it to be considered FPS of the Year.

Would it be considered ironic if he/she said IQ? :P
Did you install your copy? My first run tested it with/without and there was only a marginal improvement in things like framerate. Still encountering the same problems with my install for whole run.
I don't mean to put you on the spot but that's just impossible for me to believe unless you never wandered of the beaten path.
I AM Alive:
"Immerse yourself in a stunning 2D side-scrolling adventure where you climb, run and fight your way to find your family."
I can't stretch this emphasis enough: I really, really wanted to like this game. Like Brink, I'm able to appreciate the naunces or direction many shooters are trying to make. In Metro 2033's case, every darn time I grapple onto something to appreciate the game another annoyance sprouts up right after that.
In the story's case, the structure and mechanics utterly destroyed my impetus to move forward. Not the plot, mind you. The..."colorful" ball o...
Allow me to be the first to say welcome to n4g. :D
". . .and happily wed to Sephris, who is in fact as crazy as he sounds."
Oh dear. At least we only have to put with him in his blogs/reviews. XP
I hope everyone enjoyed the review. Feel free to comment below. :)
*Deep sigh* Okay...there's a few things to point out between the PC and 360 version:
-Yes, I purchased the Ranger Pack and it would bump up my gameplay + fun factor score a bit; HOWEVER, I refuse to count a DLC pack that fixes gameplay issues when I have to pay extra for it, especially when it's free on PC.
-I spoke with a member in the forums about the differences b...
Okay, everything you've just stated is the impressions gathered from gameplay demos or what Naughty Dog has said. The problem is I'm asking where this confidence of seeing so little of TLOU already makes you confident that it trumps Epic Mickey 2's maturity (<-if I read that correctly). Is it...simply because of the 'adult' content?
How can you be so confident about that when we don't know all the thematic elements, deeper metaphors, etc. of either title? Is it because of The Last of Us' adult rating?
I'm only curious.
It would be delicious if I won a copy of Malicious.
You don't really extract any points to back up that stance beyond vague terms and compare narration mechanics of games in a completely different genre.
I believe that's what called for Carl's 'nitpick' comment.
