That's quite a story. Withdrawing from one of the most prestigious schools to work full-time on this shows an incredible amount of bravery that's tough to muster.
It seems pretty intimidating for a newbie like me but I like the concept behind it.
I'm not a huge card game fan (been hesitant to try out Hearthstone), but I'm down with giving this an honest shot. Give your beta codes, gispy. :P
Right, of the starter pack. There's more DLC in this edition now.
Of this whole edition I mean.
Would be great to see a physical release happen. Don't see anything in this report suggesting that happening (yet).
For such a small team, Golder Gear seem to have had their hands in a lot of their own stuff and client work over the past years.
Mildly interested to see how this one plays out.
Another dual-participant interview. Nice going.
"Being a creative thinker is not a gift, it's an acquired skill that can be perfected over time. You may not be the best now, but practice and patience will get you where you want to be. Time is going to pass regardless, so why not fill it with doing something you love?"
Some first-rate advice right there.
Very cool to see this quick glimpse of their design process. A special thanks to Andrew for taking the time to share this stuff.
Good job with back-to-back submissions on here, Kyle.
Love the sound of this spin on the God Game genre.
The older Pokemon, sure. They've gotten pretty lazy with the newer versions.
Digimon, Digital Monsters...
Don't remember the rest :P. On topic: I could really go for one of these mechanical keyboards too. The Digimon customization looks good.
Nice to see a Brazil inclusion. With stuff like Papo & Yo's inspiration and the likes of Rock of Ages (I think that was from Chile though), I'm curious to see if South America will have its own thriving indie scene.
The beginning of that release trailer was gold too.
Any 90+% approval rating on steam is a very impressive feat. A really solid interview too, Kyle.
Excited to see what secret project (probably involving some good satire) turns out to be.
Nice review, Kyle.
This team seems to have a knack to do X within an X style parody, which is neat. Love The Stanley Parable for that.
Depends on who(m) you aim your vitriolic rants against.
Can't wait for it to release tomorrow! :D
Alright steam keys! :D
That's a funny little release date trailer. I'm not mildly intrigued by this game. Hadn't heard of it before IndieMonth.
@d0x
"DOWN DOESNT MEAN HACK OR ATTACK. It means down. It could be 1000 different things."
True. Bear in mind, I just said it was only possible. But this seems to be a different scenario altogether since I'm back playing online already (about an hour ago).
Solid interview, -Alpha.
I like Elyot's explanation and insightfullness on this particular genre. Best of hopes at Prismata's success.
