I'm stuck between your choice and FlexLuger's choice atm. Either way...I'm super excited! :D
Nice overview of what the game's about.
"But if I were to choose one at the moment it would be accessibility."
Didn't expect that response, considered how often it's been abused by bigger publishers in the past. I dig their explanation and all, but it's still a surprising choice to see.
I don't think so. I'm given the impression it'll be a $15-$20 DL title.
That was quite unexpected: seeing two people answering interview questions instead of one person. Adds an interesting dynamic where they can bounce points + responses back at one another.
Good interview. I enjoyed what these two had to say.
Definitely looks like an interesting combination of artistic designs. Castle Crashers comes to mind but seems to have more exaggerated character models and a more fitting setting.
Interested to see how well this is received by the community when it launches.
Can't wait to see you keep your end of the bargain when you do. ;)
Dig that picture of Viking Squad. Has a cool look to it.
More yummy gift cards. XD
I certainly appreciate the enthusiasm is trying to capture the meaningfulness in games. Have to try out Love Life and Luna's Wandering Stars soon.
It was a remarkable experience for me the first time: one moment they're shooting at you the next we're BFF's and shooting the rest of my enemies for me. ;)
Tragic story about your near-fatal illness, Z. Glad to know you're still around doing what you enjoy doing.
"Dustforce is the primary inspiration for this game, the second would be Journey."
I still haven't gotten around to those games but I've heard great things about them. Judging from what I've heard, that's great inspiration to take from.
I know what you mean. The put-downs of the medium as a whole or the 'not a game' debate can get rather tiring.
"The friends you make, that is the fellow Pixels you touch and convince to join you, matter."
So you can use them as a shield. Some friend you are! :P
Even though the art is basic, I dig the idea they're going for.
Christopher explained this above.
Make sure you notify me of all my rewards toot sweet, Christo. ;)
Keep up the good work though. You're in the home stretch!
Has the potential to be a real winner for RPG fans.
The games industry doesn't have a great history of planned trilogies before the first title even releases, but I hope for the best.
Perhaps it has something to do with consoles just having one specific set of tech behind them compared to supporting different types of tech on PC.
Seem like yet another genuine dev team out to make a solid RPG.
"The gameplay mechanics are immensely important since they help deliver the story, so it becomes the perfect philosophical question: what is most important: Story or Gameplay? I have landed on story."
I don't believe this kind of dilemma really exist in certain genres, or is like this blue pill/red pill choice. Sometimes, they're often treated like being perfect complements wit...
Here's to nineteenth chances! :)
Gimme ur monies! :P
That 20XX trailer looked pretty fun. Seems like there's potential for a good 2D platformer.
