Lmao these disagrees? What did i say that was wrong?
Tropical Freeze cost 49.99 on Wii U on day 1.
I think Mario Kart 8 Deluxe cost 49.99 as well and it actually had substantial new content.
I think what they may do is use the Smash Wii U assets and tweak the engine to make it its own fighting game. Make sort of like a "turbo smash 4" but with more effort than that. Im so HYPED.
I see, ive heard of switch owners making 2nd accounts to buy games pn the mexican eshop to get the lowest price. I think thats a bit unethical but making another account to avoiding sales tax is understandable i m o
Have a good day!
I didn't disagree but there may be a work around to paying that tax if you look online. Just trying to help you out :)
This. I have accumulated 216 gold points over the past year - that's $2.16.
They could also offer something on par with club nintendo which was much better.
Just saying, iif you live in the US and set your zip code to certain states you can exempt yourself from sales tax.
It's DF Retro, they look at old games/tech/consoles...
Im so glad im not this paranoid and emotionally invested to believe everyone's out to get poor sony :(. What do they exaggerate - what do they downplay. They talk about differences in resolution and framerate - how do you spin this? Give EXAMPLES
Bashing sony how? They're looking at a presser that Sony made, uncut with running commentary on the technical aspects of it. Also they're a tech analysis channel - why would Microsoft not invite them to look at a piece ...
its honestly funny seeing how angry people get with Digital Foundry no matter what they do. I've seen them called anti-xbox and anti-playstation and payed off by both companies.
This isn't a flame piece for hits, i think you overestimate the number of rabid fanboys who are still invested in this company's actions from 13 years ago. This segment on their channel is called DF Retro - they look at old games and consoles and the like, and now this presser is nearly ...
Comparing to recent consoles is setting the bar way too low. Back in the day launch line-ups/first year line ups actually mattered and typically offered the most iconic games for respective consoles.
Gamecube: Melee, Luigi's mansion, Star Wars Rogue Squadron 2, Animal Crossing, Eternal Darkness, Mario Sunshine, Pikmin...
PS2: MGS 2, Silent hill 2, Jak and Daxter, Ratchet and clank, Devil May Cry, SSX, Tekken 4, GTA 3...
Well the upside is you dont have to install games on Switch since they come on carttridges. The only space that'll take up the memory is updates, downloaded games, and occasional cases where games require a download.
I guess my buying patterns are pretty tailored to this setup (which i prefer to having a big console with a hard drive tethered to it as is the case with my Xbone),I have a 200GB card myself and 6-7 online games as well as updates/dllc for 8 physical games ...
The Xbone isnt a failure but it is a disappointment after the 360's success.
MS definitely had higher sales goals then where theyre at now.
@Messiah
Weve always known that would take a while. They never intended it to release in 2015 or 2016 like MS did with those two games. Both were delayed like 3+ times
They should add the ability to shoot holes in sails to slow down ships. Or the ability to destroy masts.Different types of cannon ammo (grapeshot for example).
Im thinking like Pirates Online back in the day lol
Is it open beta or closed?
For real.
Was a big 360 and OG Xbox fan and MS really screwed up this gen. Ive been waiting for Crackdown 3 for 4 YEARS since the 2014 reveal, and Sea of Thieves for 3 years. Think of all the flack BotW got for taking so long to come out, Crackdown 3 is currently 1 year on top of that.
Im not a racing fan so the last Xbox exclusive i bought was ReCore.
On youtube theres a great documentary about it that points to there being some truth behind it.
@crimson
I mean my point is that MK8 had a new battle mode and all the DLC.
DK has funky kong and they still wanna charge me 60 bucks
