Honestly i still found my first kraken encounter to be very intense (there was soooo much loot at stake). The way the tentacles suck you in is pretty weird, but i feel like as a encounter that seems able to happen anywhere (or maybe anywhere within a certain area) you can only expect so much.
I cant help but feel that the design exists as it does for a certain reason ie technical challenges.
As a side note im surprised to read all the negative comments,...
Too many 0's and 10's for me to take seriously. Foundation is solid and game works well, just need more incentive then cosmetics tbh. Im pretty surprise how bare bones the ship customization is.
Haha i love moments like this. Nice
Or in the case of DK, a game that released in 2014 for 49.99 is being resold at 59.99. Ridiculous
Its obvious that DMC and DmC have their priorities elsewhere. To say that DmC has deep combat (or even fast combat) is so wrong, compare it to DMC 3 from ten years earlier and its night and day. The game didnt even launch with 60 fps OR a lock on button - remember. Also - the plots of hack n slash games have always been campy and over-the-top between the old God of War's, Bayonetta, etc. DmC is an exception in that it tries too hard with its Fox News parody and Dante working for the equiv...
I just wish they were making a new deus ex instead :(
I remember when the 360's sales were deemed fake because of the red ring of death making everyone buy 4 consoles...
Now the Xbone is 2 million behind so "OMG a failure!"
That sounds like running out of ideas
I think this may be Platinum's best selling game aside from maybe MGR
Im not a big Odyssey fan but BotW is wholly deserving of the praise imo. I never felt the game was aimed at anyone in particular.
Kirby doesnt have enough substance or difficulty to engage me so i can sympathize with this argument:
true but if youre spending 40 dollars on a joycon, you might as well spend 69.99 on a pro controller which is far better. Or 40 bucks can get you a third party controller. But sure, the option should exist and i think you can actually buy custom joycons online with dpads.
I think having buttons on the joycon is kind of necessary for multiplayer when you hand the joy con to a friend.
It's a portable though... the Vita should be selling better than it is. Why set the bar as low as the Xbone which was DOA in Japan?
the most alpha controller of them all, can't even fit 4 of them in my truck when i drive over for LAN parties. Have to bring 3 of the S controllers and winner gets to don the *****Duke***** for a game. Assuming they feel worthy enough.
Meanwhile i get a dualshock controller at the bottom of my sisters pocky box every week. Ugh.
Chad duke controller
Virgin dualshock controller
Games are developed differemtly. Im pretty sure for bayonetta they come up with setpieces and scenarios and then a story to string them together. You can kind of tell by how confusing/all over the place the plots are lol.
Theres no way Kamiya would let that happen. Kamiya felt so strongly that she was the voice for his character. They didnt even record a japanese voice track until the Wii U port.
This game may not even have a complete script yet for all we know. Im pretty sure they write the setpieces before they write the story.
Bomberman R was a smash hit so its a given that we'll see another one sooner rather than later
@SpaceRanger
I doubt Crackdown 3 will be a system seller and i dont see a lot of people implying it will be. Crackdown has always been a fan favorite kinda game, with the first being ahead of its time and tons of fun and the sequel being a let down.
I mean thats the nature of game developmemt changing though.
