Personally i wouldnt have bought a wii u if it werent designed in this way. If it was a black box with a controller that played mostly ports of ps4/xbone games and ran on x86 i wouldnt be so eager to buy it. The system has individuality, and i respect that even if its to its detriment from a technical perspective.
