Hideaki itsuno directs dragon's dogma, i could very much see him working on DD 2 after he wrapped up DMC 5
This is a hardcore weeb game - they're gonna lose a lot of sales over censorship. Especially in Japan who will not like the influence the whiny western media now holds over content in their own games.
I love motion controls but an unlocked 30 fps framerate doesn’t work well with them. The ones in skyrim really dont work well.
My guess is they wont. Why release a hardware revision in such a highly competitive year? N should sit back and push out good games in 2020, then release their hardware revision the next year.
At its core its still Witcher 3 which is a really good game. Obviously there are drawbacks but context is important - the switch is like 1/10 the size of an Xbox One. I don't really think CDPR want you to play this port on a TV tbh, so it comes down to how much Witcher 3 succeeds as a portable game.
40 bucks for a 2.5 year old game? They need to bring the price down if they can't even be bothered to put it on a cart.
Go get an X, you'll be set for life
@RacerX
If i had to guess, the skill ceiling on Gears is really high and if you dont put a lot of hours into it you will get bodied by good players which leads to frustration. Its not like COD or battlefield or even overwatch where you can pick it up and have a rough idea of how to play. Gears 5 in particular is frustrating because the weapon balance isnt quite right.
Another thing - gears is BIG in Mexico for some reason, always has been, and that can le...
Im surprised to hear that. I would say 80% of my games go fine. The other 20% someone quits or DC’s or idles. Which is still way too often imo. I dont have that problem on overwatch and it has more players.
I disagree, i think QB was by far their most mediocre game. Still not bad. But Control has way more interesting gameplay mechanics and style than QB.
Its probably in my top 10 games for the gen. It isn't perfect - the game overstays its welcome by like 4 hours and the alien AI doesn't totally hit realism (although the unpredictable alien mod makes it pretty much perfect). But the atmosphere, music, sound effects all make it more than worth playing.
If you like horror games, no game quite hits the level of fear and vulnerability that this game can give you
Yeah - it has Bioshock syndrome. Don't know why these immersive sim kinda games consistently have a really bad final act. Prey has a similar problem. Idk if Alien counts as an immersive sim, but it certainly is inspired by them.
Honestly, played those games on XB1X via BC and they really havent aged that well. Especially if you didnt grow up with them. They should just make a Battlefront game that doesnt just feel like battlefield
@Yoda
Yeah, thats whack. Judgement is a much worse game than 4 or 5.
Came here to say this. I assume theyre excluding judgement, but i definitely feel gears 5 is better than 4 in both multiplayer and campaign
The way they handled it was a lot like Metroid prime which is a good thing
Collectors buy everything, it doesnt even need to be good.
Edit: double post
You're probably right. Wonder how it'll be in another few years though. How about we just voice our concern in the hopes that they fix it?
Got this for switch but honestly can't get used to the controls
