Since when did n4g turn into bible study??
What’s annoying is just when i have it figured all out, an update comes and changes enough stuff around to piss me off.
I think its obvious what they did. They have a large number of characters coming and byleth was probably only moved to this slot to subvert expectations/better time character releases.
Sakurais been dropping hints for Ryu hayabusa and the puyo pop character, but no one expected it to be Byleth for *this* dlc
I love P* games but Astral Chain didnt do it for me. The combat was good but there was too much down time in between for my liking. I would still give it a solid 7.
Fire emblem, Luigi’s Mansion 3, RE 2, DMC 5 and Control were my favs this year.
Hopped back into sea of thieves for the first time in a year the other night with some friends. Between the fishing, fort of the damned, the tall tales and arena - its basically a completely different game.
Those games werent shut down when Phil Spencer was at the helm. Either way, the company isnt the same and most of the old talent was gone by the time the 360 came out.
I think the company had already peaked in the N64 years and was on the downturn with games like Tooie and DK64, Conker (which are all great creative effort but poorly designed games) and Star Fox adventures. The talent was moving on before Nintendo even sold.
I think the company has always ...
Lol the RROD did not happen because MS was trying to be environmentally friendly. It happened because they were cutting corners. There’s more chunky defective 360’s in landfills because of that decision, and MS knew this would be the case when they cut corners.
@Silvertripship
Soooo you gonna name names or what man. Call the xbox fanboys out
@Loktai
Literally the first time ive seen someone else invoke koudelka
Banjo fans know that yooka laylee fails to recognize what made banjo great. The banjo kazooie formula has tons of potential. If you want proof, look at mario odyssey, it has more in common with Banjo than Mario 64
This. What a crappy service
@abnor_mal
It launched with Sea of thieves i think. That was march 2018, over a year and a half ago
DK was, it cost 49.99 at launch in 2014 and then re-released for 60 lmao. The funny thing is if it was 30 or even 40 i would consider a double dip just to support the franchise.
The only time Nintendo offers any real value is when theyre doing poorly financially (wii u years saw some good deals such as MK8 coming with a free first party game of your choice) or at the end of the generation.
Who cares
I also think it woud benefit the most from a remake. There were some really creepy themes and locales in that game that were hampered by the limits of the hardware. Thinking of the Ashford mansion in particular
Unless Sony has some kind of deal with the Persona series, I dont see any reason why they wouldn’t put it on Switch. They’ve made a portable version of every game since 2, because handhelds are huge in Japan. Right now the only viable handheld to port to is the Switch.
Idk, when it comes down to it how is it any different than porting those games? And nintendo wouldnt object to ports.
Anything that increases the value of the Switch is good for them.
However, i could never see Nintendo offering their games as a subscription on a non nintendo console.
Exactly... people are curious about unreleased/development hell games. Regardless of platform. People are obsessed with unreleased Nintendo games.
Maybe there isnt a shadowy sony smear campaign, maybe ppl are just interested in a unreleased rockstar game.
Phantom Pain has the better gameplay, some of the best stealth gameplay ever. Death Stranding has the better fleshed out world and story/themes.
Didnt they put this in RE2 and ultimately remove it months later??
