Actually this seems like the kind of game that would do better on switch than anywhere else. They love platformers on switch.

I thought MS was better than the past few years. We got a new ip from Ninja Theory and i think the game looks fun. MS game studios is bringing over PSO2 which ive waited 7 years for. Halo’s finally back to form at least from a visual/art design perspective. For the first time in 7 years i feel confident in MS’ flagship series.
All in all, by MS standards, not a bad E3 imo.

Maybe, ninja gaiden has always had a fanbase on xbox going back to the OG xbox. It would be a hassle to port the game to ps4. It was tailor made for 360 - thats why the ps3 version Sigma 2 is so bad.

Platinum is just an insanely prolific studio. I dont think they sign on for anything they cant handle. Right now they have Astral Chain, Bayonetta 2, and an unannounced purportedly ambitious IP. Theyre all 3 AAA games, and thats just what we know.

To me it seems like MS fault though. They forced in this 4 player coop and a Windows 10 port. It sounds like they overburdened the team.
The switch pro and wii u pro are excellent controllers. The battery life of both beats the competition by a mile, and the build quality on the switch pro in particular is unparalleled imo.
Unfortunately, they isnt a bundle that includes it with the system, which is where i would join you in criticism.
