Shivering Isles is definitely my favorite. A huge landmass with great exploration, fantastic setting, memorable characters, good questlines, expanded equipment and items sets, and more. For such an early look at DLC expansions from the devs who nearly ruined Oblivion DLC with horse armor, it's a fantastic turnaround.
Bethesda have been trying to replicate that lightning in a bottle ever since.

What DVAcme is talking about is called market saturation. I wouldn't say that the PS4 has quite reached full saturation, but no doubt it's headed in that direction in America where these numbers are pulled from. In order to combat market saturation, a console company would have to focus on price cuts, new bundles, new SKU's, and of course by releasing big budget software. More than anything a company would want to open up to new markets.
I imagine you don't remember having difficulty with time trials in CB because only Warped had them.
1 is, 2 and 3 are not.
Crash 1 remake is FAR easier than the original Crash 1. Autosaves every level, bonus rounds allow do-overs (meaning you won't miss it as a checkpoint), and of course the pity Aku Aku's and checkpoint boxes.
So you fall faster, but that just means you get from platform A to platform B faster.
"I don't feel it's fair when a simple jump kills you because you missed it by an inch"
Wait, what? Isn't that exactly the point of platformers: Jump to the platform or die trying?
I blame Navi
@Death
You're absolutely right about price. My $2,100 (sans tax)rig is a pretty solid 4k 60fps machine. But I did make some concessions to make that budget. No liquid cooling for instance.
1080 ti, i7-7700k, 16 (only)gb of RAM are the core of the specs. 1080 ti is surprisingly not that much more cost than a 1080.
I had to jump through hoops to make that price though, there's no way you can get that at $1,500. Not even at 30fps I...
XBox One X console does better than serious gaming rigs at 1/5 of the cost?? So you think XBOX is stronger than a $2,500 gaming computer?
Well, I shelled out $2,100 for one and I got a gtx 1080ti, i7-7700 processor, 16gb of system RAM, and basically everything you need but the 4K TV I already own. That's a real 4K 60fps machine.
I get it though, you were exaggerating.
SMH. Assuming you're right and the PS5 takes til 2020, that will be 3 years that the Scorpio is more powerful. Xbox-only gamers waited a full 4 years while PS4 won the power argument. Also, throw the Pro into the argument and the power differential of Pro to XB1 was greater than the difference between Scorpio and the Pro will be.
You must have hated that 4 year wait, huh?
Septic is REALLY into Spencer.

You don't use a controller's analog sticks for fighting games, you use the d-pad. With Mortal Kombat games and their relatively different combos that tend to use left, right, up, and down a lot, I actually prefer standard controllers over even FightSticks simply because the d-pad is better suited to it, and you don't need a ton of buttons either. In which case, I'd agree with YAO-BLING, the ds4 has a better d-pad.
Something like KI yo...
Balamb Garden track and Blue Fields track are some of my favorite chill music from games, or anywhere really.
Lucky for you, the Persona series teaches you time management skills ;)
I don't deny that they will likely make a handheld version, but why do you think they have to do it anytime soon? P3P and P4G were 3 and 4 years after the initial release dates, respectively. You don't seriously think 3 or 4 years from now Sony won't have a successor to the Vita?
Persona 5 is a new game. Let it have it's time to shine. By the time we revisit it on handheld, it may just be on one more powerful than the base PS4.
I doubt it would come to the Switch. The only Persona game to go to Nintendo out of over a dozen titles was Persona Q, a 3DS exclusive made in part by the Etrian Odyssey team, in the style of their games. I wouldn't doubt a spinoff just like it to be on Nintendo's handheld, but a possible improved version of 5? The odds don't seem great for that. It is largely a PlayStation exclusive series, even if not officially.
My guess is they aren't really planning on ...

"Persona 5 just straight up makes the claim that crappy, corrupt older generations have bent the world over a barrel and are exploiting the crap out of the younger generations for their own benefit."
I don't see a problem here. For the most part, Persona only picks at Japanese society and its problems. Japan's culture has long been based on hierarchy, both in terms of wealth and power and then age (where elders generally have more respect and stability tha...
