Nintendo is a great company, but lately they have a bad administration. I can't understand how they are doing a great job with the 3DS regarding 1st and 3rd party support, but can't do it with the Wi U.
Iwata should leave. Reggie is just a good salesman, but right now the Wii U marketing is horrible. I really don't know what's going on in the company, but they need to change fast. Nintendo has everything to be the best, but they just don't know what to do...
I've always supposed that the sales are measured by how much orders Sony (or whatever) has to complete to fulfill retailers' demand. So if they shipped 1 million units to retailers and they have to restock them, that should mean that they SOLD 1 million already right? Is this how they measure it?
When people say that Microsoft SHIPPED (to retailers) instead of SOLD, I imagine MS overstocking retailers so that they can inflate their numbers, but I guess it doesn't ...
What I've never understood about the souls series (and I am currently playing Demon's Souls) is:
1) How are you supposed to level up if you keep dying (and losing souls)?
2) Weight Limit never seems enough. You find a good armor, either you are not strong enough, or don't have enough weight limit.
3) Doesn't matter how leveled up you are, you still die with 2 or 3 blows from the boss.
Oh it's not defensive at all, sorry for that. I too like PS4 upgradable HDD better, but seeing as how I always backup all my computer stuff to an external HDD, it wouldn't matter at all for me to have an external option for the Xbox One, since MS might never include a removable HDD.
I am too holding off my purchase of the Xbox One until the price drops. Phil Spencer is promising great games, so that is promising. Hopefully he delivers. If he does, will be a great time...
1. There's going to be a price drop, but it might be sooner than expected.
2. Not going to happen until at least the first hardware revision, which could take 1 year at least to come out. The HDD of the PS4 might be upgradable, but at least MS supports (will?) external HDD or USB sticks. I wouldn't mind having my games stored externally, specially if they are old games that I wouldn't probably play anymore.
IMO it was a stupid idea to announce this game. Sony already has Gran Turismo, and even though they may not be the same style, why didn't they just add a new mode to GT? It would have been much better if Evolution had worked in a new MotorStorm, or a new racing franchise.
It's different. If most of the people are getting the camera for PS4 is likely to be used for streaming videos on Tiwtch, and you can opt not to buy it ever. Kinect is forced on consumers,
Yeah, CD size boxes are more than enough for games. I don't think they need more plastic than that. For 3DS and Vita games though, the boxes are much bigger, because the cards are just so small so it makes a bit more sense.
A lot of games have the box cut where the disc goes, but they prefer to do that, than just make the box smaller. It's ridiculous!
Xbox One is doing what I always wanted the PS3 to do. Have the logo on the box so that the box art is completely clean without any logos. However I prefer the complete box like the Vita and PS4, because the PS3 and Xbox One boxes have "wasted" plastic on top.
Also, the game boxes should be squared like the 3DS boxes. They don't even include a manual anymore, so they should have enough space to fit the disc and that's it. There shouldn't be any more spa...
Amy is a great writer, but Uncharted 3 story had a lot of plot holes and undeveloped characters. The game is great, but wasn't as good as Uncharted 1 and 2 story wise.
She will definitely find something great next, because she deserves it, and she deserves the recognition of whatever she does next.
News update (jk): Miscrosoft is already looking into hiring her.
There's no reason to have this game on PS4 and 360. The install base is much higher.
Also, sport games could be one of the few games to have proper DLC: Instead of having a game released each year with no improvements, they could just make good DLC packages, so that they take 2 or 3 years to release another game with much better features, graphics, etc. Obviously they will never do it.
Waste of time. This article should be removed. There is nothing different except the names of the characters, which we all knew before.
Why make an article about this? We all know that when a game is announced and it's put for preorder, retailers just put a placeholder date.
I think they want to be in Japan even if they sell 1000 consoles a month, because otherwise developers won't want to release their games on Xbox One, and probably would not want to make them only for America and Europe. Also, as usual, Microsoft will NOT allow to have those games exclusive to Sony in Japan. Even if they sell 1 copy of a game there, that's one sale less for PS4.
I am playing Demon's Souls and I found it to be much better than Dark Souls
Nintendo is not going to improve as long as Iwata remains the CEO. He is not a bad guy and he has done great things for Nintendo, but he is not the same as before. Nintendo needs to improve and modernize themselves quickly. While Nintendo has been great at making innovations, they are sticks in habits and believes from long time ago, and that needs to change, which it won't with Iwata (and some other executives there).
He is about to make a big mistake by developing game...

That right there is why gaming is going to crash and burn. That one reason made me not buy the game ever, and this game with that (and any game that does this) does not deserve one sale at all.
I don't think that the majority of people will buy an Xbox One to play Titanfall. If this was MS biggest game as they want it to be, they should have made it exclusive to the Xbox One.
If it's third party, then F**k third parties. They always say that they don't want to make exclusives when it comes with PlayStation.
I don't think that's the classic custom, but just some more personalization options.
