I always get excited about system updates, specially when they bring new features or improve the system. I wish Sony had more constant updates, or at least be more transparent. The majority of PS3 and PS4 updates are just improvements to security and stuff. Although 1.7 looks to be a good start.
To be honest, when the PS3 launch with 60 GB, we all knew it wasn't much, but maybe just enough. I actually never imagined that we would end up with 500 GB SKU by the end of the generation.
This times is going to be the same. We will probably end the generation with 50+Tb hard drives, or maybe they come up with a cloud storage "solution" since they all want is to grab money from wherever they can and offer X amount of hard drive space in the cloud for a monthly...
If they show an EPIC Zelda, even if it's a trailer, but showing a realistic look, epic graphics, new mechanics, etc they will win by default.... in my heart. Hopefully there are no gameplay gimmicks with Wii Remote and it only utilizes the Wii U gamepad.

I agree with you Ape. The Dreamcast had a much smaller market that what the Wii U has now. The Wii expanded the gaming market a lot, and you can see now that PS4 and Xbox have been breaking records in sales. The Wii U had this huge pool of potential consumers and it just hasn't worked out.

Why is everyone obsessed about 60fps/1080p? The games are good, it's what matters. Is not like the games run in slow motion.
95% of the people who play games don't even notice the difference between 30fps and 60 fps, and also 720p from 1080p.
