If you want to play PS2 games keep your PS2. If you want to play PS3 games then well you know what to do. If you are going to moan that you can't fit a PS2 and PS3 next to your TV then I suggest you take time out to really look at what you're complaining about. That is, there is so much more in the world that warrants being concerned about than whether or not you have enough space for all your electronics.
...but I will buy it second hand so Activision get none of it. No way I'm paying near $150 (NZD) for a standard edition game.
...that it will be improved in the final game. So far it sounds pretty bad and not even as advanced as that used in Forza 2 (which I thought was pretty average anyway in terms of DM).
Do cars even reflect other cars in GT5 yet?
...I only have two friends in my PSN friends list and they are both my sons so I can't quite share your enthusiasm.
...but there seemed to be little of interest in that video. We all kow the PSP Go supports Blue tooth so it makes sense to add something to the firmware to use it.
I really wish PSP would get Divx support, crossfade between songs, and have the ability to copy from the PS3 using WiFi.
It looks like something one of our bargain basement electronic stores in New Zealand would design. Although it means a price drop it has lost all of its visual appeal. Nothing about the way this console looks screams "I have to have this".
Sit this next to a PSP Go and the Go looks stunning and this looks...plain.
...before I make up my own mind. It certainly does not make me desire one by looking at those images.
Look forward to pricing and release information for New Zealand.
Definitely my kind of game although I only hook my PS3 up for on-line anything nowadays.
Have to admit that Shatter and Fat Princess on PSN do not satisfy my gaming needs as much as Shadow Complex would.
Envious.
...is not it. I can't wait for the slim to land but that just looks terrible.
Single player, like with COD4, won't be worth the sticker price. Its multiplayer that adds the real value however, if MW2 features the same inept lobby system as COD4 then IW is getting none of my money. What I hated:
- Could not search for games.
- You join games that are almost finished and you're on the losing side.
- You quit and renter the same game over and over (16 times was my record with COD4).
Lag kills all on-line games and yet console games ...
...is brilliant. I cannot understand why it didn't even feature in the top 10.
Who would have thought the add on for one of the best PSN titles would sell so poorly.
...removed ads for PS3 consoles on New Zealand websites.
I just hope that whatever is going to be announced you won't have weeks to wait for shipments to come in.
...that its an internal battery and one you could not change unless you open up the PSP itself.
My biggest gripe is the fact they have consolidated several ports into a single new proprietary one. Means that there will probably be no remote headphone option like you have with current PSPs.
If Home was a true social gaming network it would allow members to create their own custom items, such as clothing, to support true expression of one's individuality.
This insane business model of selling pixels only benefits one person, the seller. However, people will buy anything if they have the money and this isn't hurting anyone.
...Like hell thats the best game. Single player was too short and offered nothing really new. It was just extremely well presented. Multiplayer was the only reason to get into COD4 but its completely inept lobby system ruined the on-line fun most of the time.
Who did't get sick of quitting a game only to end straight back in it time and time again? Oh, and every time you quit its counted as a loss against you? Thats such a winning formula!
"Until Gran Turismo Portable makes an appearance this is the closest that PSP owners can get to having the Gran Turismo experience in their pocket."
The review is made to look like it is the review for GT:P but its not. I'm guessing the site is wanting hits. This is pure smoke and mirrors stuff and should warrant immediate boycott of the site.
...I sometimes feel his best work as a director is behind him. Biggest disappointment in recent Spielberg history would have to be War of the Worlds.
However, the man knows how to turn anything into pure movie gold as long as he does what's best for the story/movie and not let himself get shackled by a PG-13 rating.
...the final boss battle in InFamous and I'm amazed at how far games have come over the past 25 years. Who would have thought games like InFamous would ever be possible after playing a game like "E.T." on the Atari :S
When it is released it will probably be priced higher than what you could pick it up on UMD for.
...a variant of the game could not come to consoles. Obviously one that did not depend on a mouse to play.
However, could easily add mouse support for those who have them for their PS3...
