PS3, the color saturation and lighting are different than the Xbox 360 version.
I am not trying to point out what version of the game is better. But the second video (360) was rather forced by goofing around. Game testers are not going to be trying to do goofy feats like this. But the first one (PS3) was a true in-game glitch.
In most comparisons the colors for the PS3 photos look more saturated (because of higher file compression?) and Xbox 360 is colorful (non saturated) with better contrast. But this comparison looks questionable because the difference seems a little too dramatic.
The man must be rather tired with all the work done and then having repetitive interviews. I think he will sleep better at night ounce all the numbers of ratings come in. LOL :)
Australians are more laid back, maybe? But the man must be rather tired with all the work done and then having repetitive interviews. I think he will sleep better at night ounce all the numbers of ratings come in. But he seems content with the work that went into this project. From the sounds of it ... it was allot. :)
I think interviews of this nature are important. To know where things started and where they are now. People just have no idea what all goes into game development. I think respect comes in play ounce the behind the scenes is revealed.
Well, I know one way is to set your settings of your counsel to your ethnic language. I own a 360, and it works. Both subtitles and voice can be changed. :)
Funny thought. If your reading in your ethnic language other than English. To English speaking characters being heard. Then how are suppose to read faces and read dialog at the same time? Case solved, they are planning on doing another version in Japanese shortly after release. :)
@ Movements, I could not agree with you more. I wonder how many people are saying the same thing? It will be interesting to see the huge numbers. :)
If you ask me, this seems to be an excuse for fishing for imperfection by resorting to a personal opinion or what seems to be a reputation with R* games? A .5 deduction for a game that is 20 hours for the story plus 10 hours of other achievements to finish the game is not bad. A .5 deduction is even more minor considering from what I read about the action sequences being 20-30% of the game anyway. "The reason for the .5 deduction was because, according to the mag, the action sequences ar...

Cole Phillips picked up the gun without using a pen or a handkerchief. Handling the gun, using a handkerchief is important. But this is in the 1940's. I guess that this is something cops did not know not to do. But maybe being as a detective back then you knew not to pick up evidence with your bare hands? Maybe this game will progress in this kind of knowledge as Cole Phillips moves up to detective. Either way, maybe finger printing all together on crime evidence back then was not widely ...
Go through the whole game. Then go back and just do crime interagations and investagations skipping the action gameplay. By yourself or with others. Two games types all in one.
MAY 17TH here in the USA. :)
mafiahajeri-
In the USA the game will come out on the 17TH. Sorry, sounds like you do not live in the USA. So yes, you will be receiving it on the 20TH.
Listening to all the details on the process that they went through. Made my head spin, but of course this is part of the length of 4 years or so of development. I really hope that this game gets the respect that it deserves. People have no idea what all goes into developing a game. If they did, they would have more realistic expectations. May 17Th can't come soon enough. :)
@ MasterD919-
Same time line but not a (recycled) Mafia game. Better quality and fresh ideas that will not disappoint. :)
It seems like since Red Dead: Redemption, R* has grown up a little. Although LA Noire is being published by R*. It just still shows they are agreeing to stepping up to better quality and less (potentially addictive) juvenile endeavors. :)
XboxOZ360-
Thank you for submitting this article. It seems like allot of articles have been cutting and pasting from other articles alike. Looks like most of my summer calender is now going to be full of LA Noire. :)
I have been an Xbox 360 owner since day one. I do not remember if I ever came across this problem. Could someone who owns both counsels or just the PS3 (or other) tell me if there are patches for tech issues that have been addressed here with the game LA Noire?
Thank You Gamers! :)
