Thank God for Spec-Ops, a tie in to extend the life of the game. :)
I second that on enjoying this game. And I do hope they make a sequel. They were slightly interrupted because of the writers strike. Every support for graphic development stopped with it. So, the game was in development for 3 years.
The strike aloud them to focus on the combat during that time and it shows. Sadly, I feel they had to do with what they had, time eating away on their budget I am sure. This may of caused some draw backs. But maybe with a sequel, they will have a ...
"We still set the story in the same region and time period as the movie, but we were free to tell our own story. We created the game-flow first and then Christos Gage came on-board and wove an awesome story into the existing flow, adding a roster of villains from the comic books." - Next Level Games
Sorry, relax my friend all is friendly here. It is just an curious observation. It seems games are being outsourced just like everything else for some time (political and economical reasons). The subject of the character of RAMBO, based on a American movie theme being produced else where. It brings things back into question is all.
On a different note. Talent is everywhere, but cheaper to use that talent in some places. Everyone should get equal pay for well deserved talent n...
Why is this being developed in the UK and not the USA?
With all the other games buzzing around and currently getting allot of attention. Halo still holds its own with unmatched awesomeness gameplay that keeps on giving. :)
The game did not deserve this low score, and there are plenty of reviews that debunk this review. A 2.5 seems unplayable. In it's great efforts, it should receive at least a 3.5 (or 7.5) score. I think ounce someone has played Batman AA, or hears that the game has a costume (one of three) and is set in the time of WW2 as in a movie following it's release. Their reasoning and views suddenly takes a nose dive. :)

The only thing this game had in common with the movie was the time it took place and one of the costumes. That is it, read an interview comment from Next Level Games.

Every time I hear this word Gone Gold used for a game being finalized for release. I think of awards given out to a Music CD title or record sales for a game title. :)

The only thing that similar to the Movie is the time era and one of the 3 costumes is from the movie. But a separate story from the movie. Written by a Marvel comic book writer.

The game contains many symbolic elements, the color scheme is included. As stated by one of the staff members. The reason for the gold and black color scheme is because it represents good (pure, as in pure gold) versus evil.
