Did Amazon drop the ball for Pre-Order Content? Over stocked as the result? Or is this just a gift to Deus Ex fans? LOL
Insane price for an insane game! But I am guessing one reason would be Amazons lack of DLC content for pre-orders? Combined with being way over stocked .... or simply a gift for the Deus Ex fans? Maybe it's more likely a misprint (LOL)? I am not sure I have ever seen a new game (few weeks old) at half price this early. :)
Lets get serious here. A 7 is nearly an unplayable game. LOL
To those who down played the game Deus Ex: Human Revolution because of a few bugs (mainly PC) in a 30-40 hour game. Will be squashed instantly by an augmented fly swatter. I would have to say that Dead Island was dead already on arrival (LOL).
To those who down played the game Deus Ex: Human Revolution because of a few bugs (mainly PC) in a 30-40 hour game. Will be squashed instantly by an augmented fly swatter. Amazing game with lesser bugs than Read Dead: Redemption. One more reason to boycott any review less than 9.0 for this game. :)
I agree on the reasons surrounding this DLC. My guess was the also same in that Adam is involved in a rather vivid dream state. :)
When your talking about different things and experiences but yet the same game. You know you have something special. :)
I would hate to not have a external Blu-ray drive. If the Blu-ray needs repair, your out of a game console for a while.
I spent 35-40 hours playing the game first time through and now on my second time through. Averaging 5-9 hours a sitting .... this is more than than a "fun" game (any imperfections is dismissed). LOL
I am on my second play through (Give Me Deus Ex), and I am averaging 5 hours now where at my first game play through was 5-9 hours a sitting (35-40 hours total). Yes, I am trying this time around to learn some self control and discipline here. LOL
Do not worry ... it will take a good while. 25 to less than 40 hours (if you include side missions). :)
*Spoilers*
That was my thought that this takes place while he is in the sleep chamber to Singapore. My guess, the DLC will be Adam Jensen experiencing a vivid dream.
The developers were not looking for a more realistic look. If they did, can you imagine 4 years of development to maybe 5 years (LOL)? Anyway, they took more of an art form approach as the Novel it self is just that. So, you have a combination of realistic and art style choices. :)
To answer your question .... YES.
Side Note: The developers took more of art form style, combined with realistic elements. Something to keep in mind when your viewing and playing the game. I have put 35 hours or so in the game already. And I am looking at more hours to claim I am sure.
"Spanning over 15-20 hours ..."? I have put 35 hours or so in the game already. And I am looking at more hours to claim I am sure. Returning to China from Detroit, just starting to meet up with a local gang leader (took care of the guards outside of the building, hacked the security box). I am averaging 5-9 hours a sitting (LOL).
The developers want to stay on the path of a fresh experience every time with creating new ways to develop your character and tactical methods. So, it was decided not to have the character continue on the next time you play. Although, you can make create new saves for places you would like to try another optional approach.
I think there is an augmentation that corrects accuracy (LOL). But in any case, I usually aim for non armor plating on the suits. Nailed a thug in butt at one time (LOL).
I start to play and before know it, 2 - 3 hours has passed. This is happening often, so much so I am putting in 5 - 9 hours a sitting. Just landed back in Detroit from Montreal, and I think I have put in around 35 hours more or less already. Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory and Mass Effect 2 were similar in hours. Deus Ex: Human Revolution is a combination of both games, I am sure this is the reason for many hours spent so far. LOL
Yes, it seems people are forgetting to that there is 2 options in playing SC:C. To use the option of mark and execute or take them down one by one (stealth mode). Understanding that in this game, Sam is out to find the killer of his daughter. So, it's understood that he is more of a killing machine than previous games. But the option to be who Sam started out to be is a good thing to still have.
I am not sure about other people. But I am more interested in this game than MW3 and B3. And I am personally tired of the FPS experience as it is. Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Future Soldier may bring a fresh new start as it is a 3rd person military strategy shooter.
