PS3 Compression is high, therefore you may get 1080P. You may get nice light reflection surfaces as usual. But your color and contrast will be less than, because of its compression levels. This will be (or is) the difference between the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions.
As a side note, if your viewing is 50 inches or higher, you will tell the difference in quality between 1080P and 720P on any console. Most people do not have this size of viewing. So, I guess it really doesn't m...

"We still set the story in the same region and time period as the movie, but we were free to tell our own story. We created the game-flow first and then Christos Gage came on-board and wove an awesome story into the existing flow, adding a roster of villains from the comic books." - Next Level Games
P.S. Gameinformer- 7.5 Score
Interviews with game developers (staff) are good to read. They can give more reasons to make a purchase.

Disagree- "... you're giving a movie game a positive review." - NOT a movie based game. Read my posting above. :)
Agree- "... as for me i think the fighting gameplay looks solid and it's in 3d and on the cheap so i'm getting it." - During writers strike in the games development period. The combat was the primary focus. Yes, the price is a awesome deal anyway. :)

SIMPLY .... AMAZING. :) If all gamers knew what goes into producing what we see. There would be more respect for this type of art. And furthermore, seek out information on what is the history of a game soon to be released, before casting criticism. Every game developer and staff member has a story to tell.
Historical events, fictional or not, the time period they take place in is always a big interest of mine. It will be interesting to see what kind of methods will be used to solve crimes without modern technology (less modern presented in L.A. Noire). Over all, it would be interesting to see the amount of detail that is put into the presentation of the game in its entirety. Keeping an eye on this one that is for sure.
A separate story line than the movie. With the freedom of story, along with the boost of Christos Gage. This will back up what I said and maybe answer some questions you may have. A short to the point interview (about 9 questions answered). Let me know what you think. I find it interesting on how games come to be. Everyone has a story to t...
"And by all early accounts Capt. looks to be above average." - Agree.
"It's a rip-off of batman AA....but that ain't so bad is it?" - Disagree and Agree.
Agree and Disagree. I gave my reasons below your posting.
Pre-ordered from Gamestop.com for in-store pick up. Sold a game on Amazon.com recently anyway. No complaints on the game with a separate story line than the movie. Written by a MARVEL writer. And the combat moves are still different from the Batman AA. Three years ago production started on this game. Do to the writers strike, main focus was the combat development during the time. Maybe this is currently not a full AAA game but the future looks promising for Captain. The purchase price, you ca...
CAPTAIN AMERICA: SUPER SOLDIER
We can keep track of people already. We have the tech to implant micro chips under the skin (size of a grain of rice). They do that for pets and cattle already. As money fails (take a look at our current economy.) The ID micro chip will be the way to buy or sell only. But for now, we have Smart Cards to ease into the idea of using ID micro chip implants.
