Yeah I didn't understand his reference considering how many times PSN has been hacked. He could have definitely tried to sell it much better than what he did, but the fact of the matter is the way Sony operates even if they could afford to buy Nintendo. With the NX Nintendo really should think about having a launch line-up of broken games with major bugs. It seems this is what this generation of gamers chase after and praise as the greatest thing ever. Games use to get majorly penalized for being broken, but now they get excellent review scores and GoTY nods. So maybe this is the new Direct format that Nintendo speaks of for 2016 and going forward.

I would much rather Nintendo work with Samsung than Sony, mostly because Sony really doesn't have the finances to take many risk, so most things will be very safe from them. If PSVR doesn't have decent sales, you can forget about them doing anything else to advance gaming experiences other than visuals and better hardware.

Something that many people probably aren't taking into account is I'm almost betting since Monolith is already hard at work on their next RPG for the NX. Xenoblade Chronicles X was the building block for the engine and world design for future games to come. Since planet Mira is supposed to be mostly uninhabited all they have to do is tweak the graphics engine for NX, add on to what was being done in XCX and the NX could have a great RPG closer to launch.
Sad thing is most of the games that have came out for those systems this year people seemed disappointed in some major factors of the games.

If something of this nature was done to Twilight Princess, it would almost be a new game experience to itself. But it's not out of the realm of possibilities, since I really believe that the developer Tantalus is the ones working on this remake. If it turns out to be true, they've been working on this for approximately 2 yrs plus now. So that would mean some hefty changes must have been made to a game in development that long.

Nobody is making excuses for the WiiU storage but you obviously don't own the system to know that you can download more WiiU titles to the WiiU storage than most can put on the PS4 and XbOne hard drives...
What will be even better than Nintendo just including a 3-5tb hard drive is if they come up with a storage medium for the NX that has fast enough read times to not need to have mandatory installs. This is the major problem plaguing the current generation of systems.

Why do you even continue nonsense like this. Yes hopefully the NX comes equipped with a much lager drive, say 2-3tb. But both the XbOne and PS4 need external drives after 6-8 game install, so your statement is very hypocritical because you never say anything about those drives being to small...
So I love a secretive Nintendo as much as the next person, but something Nintendo really needs to work on with the NX is the hype/pacing of information for their games coming out. Some games like Bayonetta 2 don't receive enough information and press over time and then Xenoblade X has received the opposite and has almost been talked about to much.

The question is not what most of you on N4G are willing to pay, as I think most of you would spend upwards of $400-$500 for the device. But it's how much is Sony willing to lose initially on each unit sold that investors will be okay with tolerating, since they just started turning profits again recently.
