The game is cool when it's playable but between DICE and EA something is just amiss. That's now 4 straight releases (BF3, MoH, MoH:WF, and BF4) where the games are atrociously riddled with gamebreaking bugs, crappy server rubberbanding, and now a single player campaign that crashes.

I started out on the fence with KZ:SF and saw it as a generic shooter as well, but truth be told it's the best shooter out right now and especially on next-gen. I like the ease of just picking up and playing. It has the ease of COD with the strategy of BF.
I wish each class had more options for firearms but the game is well balanced.

I have to disagree with you on that @Everlastingfate. I understand what you're saying though, my stance is that if it takes a patch to boost a game to 1080p then it's not natively 1080p.
When you play AC IV without the patch update is it 1080p native? No. You can't twist that any other way.

why settle for 720p when almost every ps4 game supports 1080p natively?
I didn't read that did I, since when is a patch update considered native? Since when was all X1 games going to be 720p? These guys at both companies are worse then the fanboys on both sides.
I didn't hear it was standard fare, I actually played it and saw it for myself.
6/10 is about what I'd give it.

It reminds me a lot of the crysis series. Pretty to look at but a snore-fest to play.
More power is useless if it's not harnessed correctly. Needing patches to run a game at 1080p? That's not native, that's called updating. I guess X1 won't be able to run any games at 1080 though..oh wait, Forza, EA UFC, and whatever games that will come will all have the ability to be at 1080p if they CHOOSE to.
This guy sounds worse than the fanatics.
Anywho, the PS4 is a cool machine. After a day with it I can't deny that it has awesom...

Maybe it's just me but the first 2 games looked awful, they were fun in spurts but I couldn't get past all the jaggies and muddy graphics. And I don't even care about graphics much.
But this is definitely a game to watch.

it's the PS4 fanatics that keep making a fuss about how next gen is suppose to be all 1080p/60fps. These the type of people that will refuse to buy second son because it's not doing 60gps, even though it looks great and is shaping up to be an awesome game.

don't underestimate the failure of the consoles. let's say 1,000,000 units will be issued tomorrow and at if the numbers hold up, that will be 15,000 bricked consoles right out of the box.
Exactly, but the fanatics of the PS4 wanted to say it was a case of the X1 just being inferior. It's time we start really throwing the dirt on these developers that's being greedy for my money but offering horribly gimped next gen offerings.
