Giving that buffoon money makes me not want to support your game. I consider it negative marketing.

Yes I played it long ago. Its kind of like Mass Effect, years before Mass Effect. You have to make choices which permanently affects the story.

Near the end of the game you have a bunch of super power abilities, I remember a shockwave stomp attack which wrecked enemies.

It was rushed out unpolished, so it had a lot of framerate issues, but I did end up having fun with it. Been over 15 years since I played it, so my memory is fuzzy, but I do remember I w...

I love Rising Revengeance, but I would have loved to see MGS: Rising, where we got to see Raiden's body destroyed at Area 51, and play some portions of MGS 4 from Raiden's perspective.

Good pick.

I have no interest in this game or genre, but the market will decide how long this game lasts and Sony's direction for the future.

So in that case I personally don't want it to guide Sony first party games towards live service, filler, grindy design, peddling pathetic digital junk within the micro-trash-action store.

I pre-ordered Astro Bot, and I'd do the same if the executives ever pull their heads out their rears and green light Ape Escape ...

Advent Rising was planned to be a trilogy, and we never got parts 2 and 3.

Also wish THPS 10 was never canceled back in 2008. They were releasing the games at too fast a pace and just needed to slow it down instead of abandon the series entirely to make endless Guitar Hero games.

Stupid Activision executives.

I'm sure that there will be more to come in the future.

Most indie 'spiritual successor games' miss the mark, but hopefully this one will land. Good luck.

Most gaming genres are creatively lacking at this point. Publishers want to make 'safe games' that are based on previously successful games with little risk.

Today the executives and marketers have too much control over which games are made. 'Corporate games' are an immediate turn off for me, they are a waste of money, but more importantly, my time.

Just take a break from the game. Stop forcing yourself to play something if you're getting burned out.

Such a simple solution.

If they had high profile games to advertise, maybe they would. But they haven't had that in a long time, so why bother?

Ubisoft reassures people that the game is coming out before Black Friday no matter what. Just like all their other buggy, unpolished, sloppily rushed to market games.

This is not something to be proud of.

Be smarter, don't buy it at all, don't waste your time on Ubisoft.

I don't think games would be able to 'hook into' the light sensor for automatic screen brightness.
The best way to play the game is with the fan patch that lets you adjust the amount of light the game is receiving at will. Make sure not to play at max sunlight for too long, or the game will punish you, keep the sunlight meter lowered in order to keep playing longer.

I barely buy games these days, nearly every game these days is packed with grind and filler.

Why does every genre need "EXPERIENCE POINTS" shoehorned into them? Answer: because they want to make more money off you.

Why does every genre need to have "Equipment or Gear upgrades" shoehorned into them? Answer: because they want to make more money off you.

Its so obvious, the industry is trending away towards the fun we&#...

Waste of money, after the Desmond story arch, but even worse is that its a waste of time. The franchise is just spinning its wheels going nowhere. The further you progress through the series, the more 'corporate' it begins to feel, until its nothing but an empty husk, begging for you to spend money on its micro-trash-action store. There are loading screens in Origins informing you that if you spend money on "fun costumes" you'll feel better! Despicable.

Thankfully! No, I don't want a giant map with boring, repetitive objectives that are copy and pasted throughout each region. These days its becoming increasingly rare to see developers make smart decisions, so I'm glad to see that Team Asobi made the right choice here.

"You've Enjoyed Game Pass' Day-One Releases"

You make it sound like Game Pass users have been spoiled with day one first party games, but MS's first party output for the past decade has been both sparse and embarrassing. Forza Horizon and Gears 5 may have been their best games, but they have released so many let-downs and clunkers, its wise to go in with some skepticism, and not assume that everything they release going forward is going to be amazing. ...

You are absolutely not getting that much RAM or storage. It will likely meet the Steam deck in terms of power and have 64 or 128 GB built in memory.

Four years into its lifespan Nintendo will 'generously' double its internal storage to 128 or 256 GB.

Don't delay, go back and play the classics today!

I've been increasing my focus on classic gaming since 2017. Flashcarts and ODEs are such a blessing, and there's new translations and game mods released every day!

Cheaply made AI art + free-to-play design with egregious micro-trash-actions? NO!!! ITS OBVIOUSLY NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
