Very clever of Sony to hide it in there, right in the center, clearly not a coincidence. The rumors of it being announced soon seems very likely.
I recognize just about every item in the background, except the mustache looking product.
Well the team is owned by Sony, so of course it can't happen.
Nintendo and Sega have rich heritages, and have honored that in some of their previous games, whether Super Smash, Sonic All-Stars Racing, or the Japanese exclusive Segagaga.
The Xbox's heritage isn't as interesting, though. Forza cars? Gears, and Halo characters? Voodoo Vince, Blinx? Most of their popular IPs they bought and didn't build it in-house. Its just not the same.
I'd like to believe that Nintendo planned to have BC planned in advance when they decided to use NVIDIA's arm chipset. Nintendo has enjoyed supporting BC whenever possible with the GBC, GBA, Wii, 3DS, and Wii U systems.
I've played my fair share of online multiplayer games throughout the years, but I don't really care to subscribe to access online console play these days, so single player works better for me. A lot of people don't want to sub to Game Pass Core, PS+, or NSO.
The three physical product sets that they put on sale is extremely expensive, the total cost of all three is $177.17 USD, and that's including free shipping. Damn.
Its Pandemonium!

Watch this game sell millions of copies, and send a message to Herman Hulst that is this what we like to see. I have my copy pre-ordered!
And yet, I still remember that I was told, Concord was a better investment than single player platformer games. A game like Ape Escape 4 would easily out-profit shite like Concord, no doubt about it.
Is it a "collector's item" or is it a waste of plastic and space on your shelf?
Rhetorical question, of course.
This game is giving Blast Core vibes. Isometric vehicle destruction, and its published by Konami, which is unexpected.
Excellent timing, Sony needs another hero shooter after Concord's amazing success story!
GTA:SA Carl Johnson: "Ah shit, here we go again."
Oh, another Ubishit flop? Finally some good news.
Ubisoft used to be amazing before they turned into Ubishit. Their greed, incompetence, and treatment towards their employees is unacceptable. All these grindy, filler, padded, micro-trash-action filled disasters can go to hell, let them suffer the consequences of their actions.
Now this is one Concord(ia) I can get behind. Love this series!
Killing yourself for a virtual worthless trinket, in one of the biggest flops in recent memory. A fitting end, indeed.
The Concord physical discs are probably going to go up in price for stupid collector's who enjoy wasting their money on useless plastic.
Jim Ryan walked away before disaster struck. Herman Hulst has to pick up the pieces and deal with the problems.
Let's hope he takes PlayStation back to an earlier time before all this live service obsession took over the industry.
I have my copy of Astro Bot pre-ordered! Many of the Sony Japan Team moved over to Team Asobi, so its my dream that they make Ape Escape 4 next, despite the fact that I was told there isn't a fan base for those types of games anymore, its very clearly obvious there's no more room for new live service hero shooters either, and a single player platformer sure as heck is a superior investment than Concord was.
I was told that there wasn't enough of a player base for single player platformer games, and that this game was a better investment than Ape Escape 4. How could I be lied to like that?!
Let's see those Astro Bot sales, and find out who was right in the end.
Data caps, not owning your games, they can be delisted (and relisted) at any time, internet going down, inherent lag (there will always be some), and not being able to use your internet for anything while streaming is a poor combination.
Would I play streaming games for free? Yes, I played games on PS Now, Stadia, and XCloud for free during their beta periods. Sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn't.
Would I pay to stream games? Absolutely not! I...
Ah! I don't own the PSVR 2 yet, so I never paid attention to any of its accessories. I'm still using PSVR 1, but I actually enjoy it a lot, even though the tech is out-dated.
