If that's true, neato. I loved both those games, and a better game of the same style would be more than welcome.
Rise of the Argonauts is there too. This list are confuse me to point that brain stop work.
Edit: Stilent Hill: Homecoming too? Sheesh
I'm going to guess Too Human or Haze
You think the sales would show that people want a second one. If the first one sold that well, the second would sell like hotcakes if they fixed the repetiveness of the game.
Well, MS still has time to reveal exclusives, but it's not looking too great at the moment. Maybe that's part of their master plan. Who knows.
So by your logic, games exclusively on the PSN and Xbox Live for download are beta?
Gearbox is generally pretty solid, and it's a great concept, so I have high hopes for this one.
To me, saying it'll be indefinitely in beta sounds like they need a crutch for some sort of gaping issue they can't fix. Not too good for its image. It's good they're still in beta now, because they can work out the bugs still left, and people can enjoy it at the same time, but once they get it up to a certain standard, they should definitely consider calling it an official release. Forever beta just sounds unprofessional to me.
I'm honestly not that inclined to go out of my way to just get a demo. I'll just wait until it comes to the US marketplace.
Also, I really wish they'd stop it with these stupid region specific demos, especially in the case of RE5, where it was already localized to your region anyway. They really had no reason to not release it in the US.
Yeah, Nintendo was slacking this year. They really don't have to try to please their hardcore fans when they have the casuals to make them richer.
Amnesiac, by your logic, the PS2 was holding back the series last gen, and that's obviously not true. A more powerful system does not make a better game. It's all up to the developers to do it right.
Quite interesting. School kept me from finishing the game, so I'm yet to see anything of the like. Gotta get back to that...
Playstation has been a pretty heavy RPG platform since its debut of the PS1. I'm sure many PS3 owners bought one knowing that, but Microsoft has been doing a good job of spreading out the genres more. Since the original Xbox, MS has had a pretty heavy action library. I think they're starting to get the bigger picture now.
Play Gears 1, then go back to Gears 2, and then try to tell me they didn't balance weapons better. Also, try playing Halo 3 if you think Gears has bad weapon balance.
I think that would do the most for the console sales. The sooner Sony can afford the price cut, the better.
How does MS get a free pass for making crappy hardware? It gets bashed for the RRoD all the time.
Well, being overly complex can definitley be darn confusing. Having not played it, I can't tell you if that's the case.
And story...well, if it's not a compelling story, they'd be better off without it. Once again, can't tell you.
From what I've seen, the game looks cool, but I can't really tell if it plays well or not.
Man, I feel like I don't know anything after typing this.
So move from one gaming addiction to another? That's terr...oh wait, that's what I did.
Bethesda games are always fun to mess around in with cheats. I loved crazy custom spells in Oblivion. I messed around with them more than playing the actual game. Nothing else like summoning an avalanche of boulders onto somebody's head.
So then the free games like Aegis Wing on Live are beta then?
Beta is a late development stage build of an application or game, not a title you just slap on anything that you download and doesn't have a price tag.
