Tomba/Tomba 2 please!
Tomba 2 is easily one of the most enjoyable game experiences I have ever played.
You are probably right :)
Yeah that comment about the E3 Press Conference made my jaw hit the ground - just wow.
I was just talking tongue-in-cheek. I always consider both views in any discussion - I was just being feisty :)
It just seems like every new piece of tech today is bashed before it has a chance to prove itself because some group feels it is not necessary for some reason or another (usually price related).
As far a LOGICWINS goes, he is good entertainment but does seem a bit cranky when it comes to Sony Tech. Don't get me wrong, Sony has made A LOT of mist...
What? I thought the Vita was discontinued after week one sales. Wow this is unheard of. Who would of thought the system could last past it's first week after all the doom and gloom articles.
/s
I expect LOGICWINS in here any minute to say something negative and illogical.
I still like the couch better though :)
WOW! Comments like this make me worry about our education system.
I like the idea of a Skill Tier system rather than the points system.
Seems like the author was treating the game like Gears of War. At least Bioware gives the user a choice in play style "Action" , "Story", etc.
That is a very nice desktop setup - kudos!
Gaming is a relaxing past time for me after a long day at work, so I prefer to relax on the couch and game on my large TV and 7.1 surround.
I like PC gaming too, just I prefer the games available on the PS3/360/Wii.
My Favorites:
Uncharted, God of War, Gears, Donkey Kong Country, Mario Galaxy - can't play those on a PC so it's the couch for me :)
Thank you for posting a real and informative article. Nice to see some quality info on N4G.
I have been meaning to do this for awhile now, I think I will set this up tonight. My downloads have been tolerable for small files, but full game trials take FOREVER to download.
^^^ this
If this ever comes to pass, then all console makers need to offer the option for game trials similar to what PSN+ does - except make the trial last longer than 1 hour. Also, make the download version 20-30% less in price.
Maybe a game trial could grant the first 20-30% of the game playable with no time limit and online could be open for 48-72 hours. Then you could buy for a discount price since it is a download.
Everything drops in price. If everyone waited for a price drop then nothing would sell and we would'nt have any inovative products in the marketplace.
You know, not everyone is strapped for cash and $250 is hardly anything to lose sleep over if the price drops.
Quit labeling people based on your own biased beliefs.
Well of course. The Japanese HATE the Chinese. Didn't this writer catch the South Park episode where Butters - I mean the owner of City Wok - had multiple personalities.
Ha Ha :)
Insanity mode is best IMO. It forces you to use the right squad mates for the battle and utilize all your talents to the fullest.
A much better RPG experience in my mind.
Relying on Best Buy as proof of this???
Best Buy said Diablo 3 is coming Feb 1st and we all know this to be false.
Take this with a grain of salt and I assume BB would still want to make a little off downloads upping the digital price from them a bit.
I didn't know about the Tekken version.
I'm so confused.
I guess we can now look forward to the Super/Arcade/Awesome/Bestest version of each of these titles in the coming months/years.
So F'n what
Yeah I saw that - thanks.
I own 2 copies of both Tomba and Tomba 2 (1 each open for playing and 1 each sealed for collecting), but having a digital copy for PSP/Vita would be great.
