Wow. The hypocrisy in your comment is off the charts.

First of all, Microsoft has a business to run as well. That's why they charge for xbox Live Gold, most themes, and gamer pics. How can you honestly imply that Sony is screwing its customers with a straight face?

The only reason anyone is loyal to Sony is because they bring the quality hardware and games.

I also find it kind of ironic that the people who claim every other person is a fanboy, are in fa...

I actually agree. I want trophies on my first play through. I don't know why, but I love the trophy system.

That's not my only reason for waiting though. There are too many other games coming out at the same time, and I don't have the money for them all. Also, I hate this exclusive DLC bullsh!t, and don't really feel like supporting companies that go down that road. I'll definitley pick it up eventually, but I'd like to see more support for the PS3 version (beyond just porting it...

Who will you preach to if no one is listening? The choir? I'm sure you'd love that.

"I won't have to waste time nor my limited bubbles responding to your rather worthless response"

Ha, ok. You just did.

How have you hurt my feelings? I don't care about sales, you do. I'm not affiliated with Sony, nor do I own Sony stock. I don't benefit from Sony's sales figures so why should I give a sh!t? I just play their games, and as far as I'm concerned, ...

Who are you even talking to? If you're talking to pwnsause, I think you failed to read the sarcasm in his comment.

If anyone is cheering it's you. In you're other comment you rant and rave that the 360 runs the game better. In fact, they are both basically visually identical to the naked eye. If you really cared about what ran the game better you'd have it on the PC. Instead, you feel the need to defend your console of choice for minor differences, that you have not, and will not...

I was going to write a long response about how nobody cares, and how if Sony and MS' roles where reversed (Sony buying third party MS games) MS would only have Rare left, but it just isn't worth it.

At the end of it you're still going to spam PS3 threads with you're fanboy nonsense. I'll just ignore you instead.

The PS3 is selling fine (if you care about that sort of thing more than actual games), and is still delivering on the exclusives I want. Don't make me write...

I only scanned the article, but when I came upon the part where he suggests a Wii attack add I just laughed. That is a pretty stupid strategy to suggest. First of all that would piss off a bunch of Wii owners who have a chance of eventually owning the PS3 as a second console. Second, it is just petty. Nothing says you're grasping for straws like an attack add. Sony clearly isn't, and doesn't need to stoop to that level. Just because they aren't selling as much doesn't mean they aren't selling...

I've been playing FC2 for a pretty long while now, and I haven't noticed a single frame rate drop. I've blown up quite a few things at once too. If there is a frame rate drop it must take quite a bit of things going on at once to make it happen. And from the reviews I've read the 360 has loading issues (I guess similar how Oblivion did), and I haven't experienced those on the PS3 due to the install. I'm not qualified to comment though, since I don't own both consoles, and definitley don't was...

That's so true. I don't even really want to play GTA again, but I totally will for the trophies.

You obviously didn't get my point at all. First of all I never said anything about DVD9. I have no doubt that Tomb Raider will have plenty of space left over on the 360s disc. I was just wondering whether game content was cut from the original version. I don't know when MS "approached" Crystal Dynamics about this deal, but we only heard about it recently. Now they're saying the DLC will have new enemies and environments. It takes a long time to make those things, yet the DLC is some...

OMFG I wish you could hear (well...read) yourself.

First of all, the complete experience should be on the effing game disk. It's $60 and somehow it isn't a full game? That's what I'm feeling from all these deals. When did we hear about this DLC deal for Tomb Raider? Last month? How the hell are they gonna make a whole new environment with new enemies in like 2 months? I don't think they did.

Second, I don't see how anyone can be satisfied with this strategy. Do you r...

I don't think Sony has ever paid for any exclusive. They never had to. THe PS1 had better tech (which led to FF jumping over), and the PS2 sold like hotcakes (making devs develop for it exclusively). I'm sure they may have paid for a couple of games that I'm unaware of, but for the most part buying games, DLC, and paying to make games exclusive is Microsoft's business.

I'm pretty sure Sony could afford to buy games if they wanted to (I think they're actually bigger than MS, alth...

I'm just saying that he could have expressed his opinion in a better way. I wouldn't say "Gears 2 is a POS game." I'm still sharing an opinion (that's not my real opinion, just an example), but I'm also being a pretty big douche about it. Instead I could say "Honestly, I didn't particularly like Gears" and then give some reasoning, or something like that. I understand his reason for disliking it (he obviously wanted more platformer and less shooter), but he must know that ...

Ha, ok. Does my logic confuse and astound you? Is my argument that air tight or did you just choose not to share your eye opening counter argument? I guess reporting me will give you some small ounce of satisfaction seeing as I've pummeled you with logic and reason.

6318d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

ORLY? When did I say that? Go ahead and look through my comments and tell me where I pronounced Tomb Raider GOTY, and then revoked that honor because of some DLC that no one will buy. PS3 owners have always been skeptical of this title because of its history, and the fact that we have Uncharted (which is superior in most people's opinions).

They could have easily mentioned the DLC if they wanted to. It's just another reason some people won't get the game. I could say I'm boycotti...

"Is it really hard to believe that someone would prefer Tomb Raider to Uncharted?"

Did you even read his comment? He said "Uncharted was a joke" not "I prefer Tomb Raider." He's obviously just a fanboy trying to start a flame war.

Honestly I don't see how Tomb Raider is in any way better. Story, graphics, gun play, and characters all go to Uncharted (imo). The only thing Uncharted lacks is a ridiculously proportioned female protagonist....

Yeah, you're right. I think I might go jump off a cliff over this horrible news. When the DLC comes out on The XBL Marketplace let me know how much you paid for it. I bet it sells like hotcakes.

In case you failed to read the sarcasm there, or didn't get my point, let me just spell it out for you. Like I said in my comment above, no one cares about Tomb Raider DLC. The only reason anyone was angry at that news was because of how Microsoft has decided to do business. They throw mo...

What are you then, 13?

There is no mention of the DLC in the article at all. You are the person that got it in your head that DLC was what this was all about. And who cares, anyway? Are you actually telling me you'll buy Tomb Raider DLC? The only reason anyone cared about it being exclusive in the first place was because of how MS has decided to do business. They apparently aren't doing exclusive games anymore, just buying exclusive DLC, and making games multiplatform. If you lik...

As far as I knew, the game has always sucked. I don't know why people got it in their head that this game would be any good (nor have I heard the least bit of excitement for it, so I kind of think you're just saying that). Everyone who has seen the game in action knows its going to be a POS. Also, it's gamecock. I don't know any game they made that's worth buying. Definitley not "Hail to the Chimp" and I guarantee "Legendary" will get average reviews at best.

I fudgin hate it when your team mates don't help out. The guy was desperate for ammo, and the person who had the ability to give it totally ignored him.

Whenever I play class based shooters I always make it a point to help out. I was one of the few people in Battlefield BC who actually supported my team (albeit usually taking out tanks since no one else seemed to be willing to use the shotgun).

Game is looking great though.
