Trust me console players, you do not want to play in the same court as keyboard-mouse users. If this was about Xbox/PS4 crossplay only, that'd be great. But I promise you, if you are a console player, you do not want to fuck around with the keyboard-mouse users. Ask anyone in the TitanFall2 community who uses controllers on the PC version.
This is good news. Zombies modes have always felt "tacked on" filler. I'd take spec-ops modes any day of the week over zombies.
The Resistance series needs a much deserved netflix series. It has everything you could ask for in a great survival horror series (creepy alien race, alternate history, etc.). It's a recipe for success.
I'll believe it when I see the actual trailer. Last year, there was so much shit about MW2 remastered, every youtuber was making a new video every day speculating the game's release. At one point, there was even a rumour about the game releasing with campaign only. I won't fall for rumours again this year. It's either an official announcement, or nothing at all.
This is essentially a remake of both CTR and CNK! That's awesome! You can see more CNK levels in the footage of the video. This is truly the ultimate remake. I'll be spending many hours on this. I almost never pre-order games. I think the last game I ever pre-ordered in the past 10 years was Spyro Reignited trilogy. I will most definitely be pre-ordering CTR Nitro fueled. This is a quality remake and it deserves my money two-fold.

Those devs are most likely lower level positions such as texture artists, environmental artists, etc. The game industry has a lot of contract work where devs get paid to work at a company for a specific amount of time until the product gets released, and then they go out and find work in a different company. A lot of those Respawn workers coming into IW are probably temporary developers. It's very likely that the key directors hasn't returned to IW.
I'm looking forward to the campaign but I'm really worried about the multiplayer maps. This is not the same InfinityWard that made MW1 and 2. This is the Walmart brand InfinityWard that was responsible for MW3, CoD:Ghosts, and Infinite Warfare. Although these games had great campaigns, the multiplayer maps were questionable to say the least. Hate to break it to you, but the Infinity Ward of the Modern Warfare 1+2 days are long gone. Their recent CoD games are proof of this. Even MW3 (although the campaign was great) had absolutely horrendous multiplayer maps. The layouts of the maps tried so hard to eliminate camping, but it only ended up making the player never feel safe anywhere on the maps. This is why the k/d ratio for players in MW3 were much lower than MW1 and 2.

Never going to happen. Sony has definitely made a fortune out of PSPlus subscriptions this generation. The private investors won't allow that to go away. Unfortunately, this is the way it'll be for now and forever.
Just to let you know, the PS5 will probably have the same problem you're having with the PS4. Upcoming games will likely take up more space as the years go by. You'll be forced to get an external hard drive at some point.

Jaffe stated many times that he has no interest in making AAA games anymore. He said that he's already made his mark with the first 2 GoW games on the PS2. He's solidified a legacy with those games. Also, he doesn't want to get back into AAA games mainly because it would tear him apart from his family which he said is his main priority these days.
I'm totally fine with political themes being explored in games. As long as they fit the game's story. For example, if this game wants to explore the ethics of cloning, eternal life, etc. that's fine.
The only politics that would feel out of place is if they had an "orange man bad" moment out of nowhere.
